Parts arrived in 4/5 working days. Suspension bushes for my particular vehicle not listed correctly. Returning incorrect parts was hassle free. Ian at 4x4works went the extra mile in helping me to find the correct parts (hopefully). Yet to be fitted.
Update to my review. Parts fitted. Thank you! Will give a 5* for customer service. Would be great if they offered a next day delivery service option.

Such great customer service! I got in contact New Year’s Eve, needing some assistance; frequent email exchange with Andy started New Year’s Day! Several photos later and the correct part was identified, but unfortunately on back order with several months delay. I was prepared to wait, but Andy offers a no-cost upgrade which is dispatched the same day. I will not be going anywhere else, why would you? Outstanding!

Been using andy at 4x4 works for several years now , prices are competitive but more importantly customer service before and especially after sale is second to none I’ve never dealt with a company like this before and throughly recommend them , I’ve had my rear leaf springs fitted for 4 years and recently broke a leaf in Mauritania , a free replacement is on its way from terrain tamer now , happy Christmas to you all 🌲🌲🌲🌲

Needed a part that was likely coming from Australia via Germany. I was kept informed and everything was fine.

Received items as expected.
Had extra custom fee, but I knew it will be.

*After filling form (VIN number, etc) for compliance, didnt received any confirmation email, that parts actually fit.

Andy at 4x4 works was very helpful, with no sale pressure. Once ordered 4x4 works were very efficient at processing the order, with the delivery time being quicker than stated. Perfect Thank you Andy and the 4x4 works team

I am very happy with the level of service and information sent. Andy is extremely responsive to queries. I am looking forward to testing out the Terrain Tamers on my Shogun.

However it did take 25 days to receive the goods and multiple emails to receive the tracking numbers.

As a result I've not yet had a chance to test the product which I am sure will be great.

Amazing customer service,

I ordered a fair amount of parts for my ranger That had to come from different locations around the world. The communication skills from Andy was impeccable, constant updates and always there to answer any questions I had regarding my order.

All parts fit exactly as stated without a flaw. This wouldn’t have been possible if it wasn’t for the team at 4x4 works pre sales advice and knowledge.

Would have been 5* but my only nit pick is that the specific torsion bars I ordered were not in stock and had to come from Australia with an extended delivery time which I wish was stated on the website, but again Andy sorted out an alternative and got me back on the road.
