I saw that eBay on us.55haitao.com has 2.8% cashback, so I opened an account on May 09, 2025, and made a $527.50 eBay purchase via us.55haitao.com, but I have not received any cashback, and the purchase is not tracked. I followed every step as the T&C says, and the item is not in the excluded item categories. I lost $14.77 in cashback if the order cannot be tracked. I saw the term says eBay order inquiry might be allowed, but I still feel that it is unfair. If this portal is not legit, me and my referred friend would not use 55haitao again, because we used other shopping portals such as TCB, cashback.com, etc., and never missed the track. This is a very frustrating experience in using a shopping portal......

Fradulent website
Fradulent website, does not fulfill cash back and there is no response to attempts to contact. Months after purchase nothing has been loaded into cash back rewards and purchase remains in "reviewing" status. Likely this website is just a ploy to get your personal data.

Used them for cashback for online…
Used them for cashback for online purchases. My account still shows $0 balance for cashback for over a dozen purchases made months ago. Only thing that displays in my account is the $5 registration bonus from April 2023 -which still shows as pending. Do not use if you would like to actually earn cash back.
