The prices make no sense plus they charged extra for additional clothes treatment that I never requestes. The clothes were delivered without protection otherwise I had to pay extra. It would have been cheaper to buy new clothes. Never again.
Have used 5 a Sec locations in le Marais and in Paris 15. Find them consistently friendly, with affordable pricing and high quality cleaning. Needs to improve their tracking systems, as I rarely get an sms or email when my clothing is ready. Otherwise, I am happy with them.

Stay away from this company. They will lose your dry cleaning and not recognize or acknowledge this.
If you want to get rid of your clothes without having to throw them out, just get 5a sec to do dry cleaning.
