Bought something for roblox and they said something wrong with order, so i went to online support and they told me to do this and that with my account, i said im a little suspicious on this and they replied with "Are you a detective, just do it!" like what sort of customer service is that!! currently demanding a refund for the rude and unnecessary reply back to me

Warning, do not buy from 5MMO, they are a scam company. I attempted to purchase 1500 gold from 5MMO and went through the purchase process. Once I reached the payment process, the site gave me several ways to pay. I decided to use my debit card and proceeded to finish my transaction. The site sent me to PayPal to finish my payment and I felt this was okay. I have a PayPal account and use it often. After paying the site contacted me and said that I was high risk because I used PayPay and listed all the other high-risk payments. Funny thing was, every type of payment they offered was considered high risk. However, I started going through the process of getting vetted by the site. They wanted everything except a blood and urine sample to complete the payment process. I don't understand how you have payment options on your site if you don't trust the way the payment options do business. However, I was told that I was good to go and my order was getting processed. After almost 24 hours and no gold in the mail, I decided to email them and ask what was going on. I received an email stating that I still needed to give them a screenshot of my debit card. I felt this was too much to ask and told them to forget about the transaction. Whatever you do, don't do business with this company, they are shady at best and will not give you the service you are looking for.

I don't know why some people hate the site especially those who bought genshin accounts and say they never got the right account. Yeah I know it can be a little confusing on the procedure, but u have to look at which server the account is before u buy it coz that is gonna be alot of hassle later on. I made the same mistake and thought I was scammed till I changed to the right server and received my 30 draws. Honestly this site is the cheapest I've seen and it has some of the best on net help , definitely 5 stars.
