Unrealistic average remote company

60 Decibels is a lean data remote company that is not fair and realistic in its operation. Perhaps it's a management issue and not the entire company policy.

Prons:
1. The ease of remote work.
2. Workplace skills experience.
3. Increased empathy towards people after talking closely to people who have been affected by drought, poverty, inflation and other challenges.
4. Contributing to social impact and disaster management programs.
5. Payment that helps you survive.

Cons:
1. Late payment.
2. Low payment that doesn't take into consideration inflation and actual market.
3. Survey is not balanced.
Illiterates can be interviewed through a phone call but some literates are not given the option to fill out the survey by writing.
"People respond more intuitively to spoken language and more analytically when reading"a new study finds. Providing beneficial options leads to great user experience.
4. One sided and foreign to fairness.
Not everyone is buying diversity and inclusion rhetoric.
Some people are liberals, many are (sane) conservatives and the rest wisely fall between these two extremes (I'm one of them). I'm wondering why the company is selling certain political ideology instead of real data and insights.
