Ho prenotato una maglietta e l’ho pagata. Quando ho contattato il servizio clienti mi è stato detto che la maglia era sold out. Se provo ad andare sul sito la maglia risulta ancora disponibile. Sento odore di truffa
Ho ordinato una tuta (chiaramente c'era sia la scritta "tuta" che l'immagine completa) ma mi è arrivata solo una felpa. Ho mandato 2 mail x chiedere spiegazioni ma non ho avuto risposta.
Inoltre ho scelto la spedizione prioritaria di 15 euro x avere la consegna entro 8-15 giorni e mi è arrivata dopo 28 giorni, fossero anche stati giorni lavorativi non sarebbero comunque giusti.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo , tempi di consegna dai 20 ai 30 giorni.
5 stelle sopratutto per il servizio clienti il quale è sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare in caso di qualsiasi imprevisto.
