Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I made an order and had to cancel within a few hours. But I have not been able to do so, despite following the instructions given on the website. I've made numerous attempt through emails and live chats, none was successful. No one has even reached out to me. I'm so disappointed. Status on the order still says processing. Please respond, I'm waiting.

Whoever Kelly is - apparently a customer service rep; I have this to say about returns policy, etc. They do make it very hard considering the technology available to at least create a label on the website and print of the rma code or other pertinent info needed to return an item. The label doesn't have to be prepaid; just a label to the return address and you can put in your own address. Also, I've been shopping on your website for many years and it used to be way, way better; the discounts were much deeper and the quality far superior.. Amazon must have bought it :-) Anyway, now it's not the same awesome place to shop as it was and no updated way to process a return. And, by the way, I'm sure you could still make loads of money having a return label the cost of which could be deducted from the refund.. maybe $8 or whatever cost they think would be reasonable. Please make at least that improvement. Thanks

This is another Cheap from China…

This is another Cheap from China company, who marks up their shoes to pass them off as quality, when they are not.

IF your product breaks (like mine, on the 3rd use) you can't return it. Literally the supposed buckle on my $80 boots was a half buckle, not even an actual buckle, more like a glued on buckle looking button. They wouldn't take it back, would credit, or anything because it was "worn".

This company is out to take your money, and once they have it, regardless of how bad their product is, they won't stand behind it and help you as a customer.

They don't care about you as a customer. Take your money elsewhere and if you aren't happy, Issue a chargeback with your bank. Show companies like this we will not stand for poor quality or service.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE of MY LIFE.
They kept my order in ''submitted'' status over 1 week. I called them almost everyday without any resolution. Very unpleasant customer service, they treat you as a criminal. Customer worth nothing. They are not able to do business, not even interested in it.

Meanwhile items I ordered went out of stock and much increased in price.
After the delivery due date passed by 1 day I called them again and they adviced me to cancel my order. No apologies and hardly pushed 10$. When I am losing in re-ordering more than 60$.

NEVER EVER AGAIN.
They will never contact you to inform you about probs nor offer the satisfying solution.
Just a lose of time, expectations and money (over one week).

AVOID by any means. NOT RELIABLE, NOT HONEST AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Not the real deal

Not the real deal! I was so excited to find a site with heavily discounted designer wear. The shoes I purchased are nice...don't know if they are authentic. But the clothes are just plain AWFUL replicas of the pictured pieces on the site. Due to reading about people not getting their refunds after returning the clothes, I have chosen to keep them as house clothes. Don't waste your money.

6PM Is A Shoe Lottery

6PM is a lottery. I have purchased shoes three times, each time being offered 60% to 80% off list price. The first two orders were great. This week, my third order was my worst ever internet purchase. I opened the box and saw that the soles had come unglued from the shoes. This defect was very obvious and had to be seen by 6PM staff...they knowingly shipped worthless shoes. 6PM wanted me to pay the full cost to return the shoes. I suspected 6PM would then resell the defective shoes to another victim. To prevent someone else from becoming a 6PM victim, I trashed the shoes.

If you see some $200 shoes at 6PM for $50 you are buying a lottery ticket. The shoes might be perfect or they might be trash. Do you feel lucky?

Poorly trained customer service with mediocre solutions.

The customer service does very little to make it up to the customers when a package is lost. They offer empty canned apologies and refunds that will take 2-3 times as long to be issued as the projected shipping time. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Don't shop here, so bad!

The worst experience. They don't provide you a shipping label (i'm fine to pay a return charge) then you do finally wait in line to ship and then they never process refund. Agents try to blow you off and you can't understand them. Awful, awful!

They make returns difficult

They make returns difficult. I understand that they are a discount site but they don't offer a return label. You want me to hand write the label, go stand in line at the post office and write a check for the shipping cost. I would have no problem paying a return fee and having it deducted from my refund. I have a job and cannot get to the post office so the discount is not worth the hassle.

Not Authentic Damaged Merchandise

Very upset. My item is not authentic and danaged. The label has been torn out of the bag. It is not as shown on the site. It says it is leather, it isn't. I should not be responsible for the shipping charges on the return.

Never got my package :(

I am giving two stars because I never got my order and I’m not sure how I am going to break the news to my 5 year old son that his “cool shoes” are unable to be found (customer service stated the package is not lost, they are trying to figure out where it got to). The customer service was very friendly and helped me stay calm, but dang! I really just want our items! She gave me $10 credit that’s only good for 90 days, but like I told her- I may not order from this site again if they can’t even give me my order. True bummer.

Purchased two pairs of shoes for a total of $130. The shoes are too narrow on my feet. 6pm does not cover returns. I got a quote from UPS for a whopping $40. I will never purchase from this site again. How do you do business online and not offer any shipping options???
