Even before visiting the Basel showroom, I wanted to share my experience with 77 Diamonds.
From my very first enquiry, Besir has been exceptionally professional, patient and responsive. He has taken the time to answer every question thoroughly, offered honest advice, and never made me feel under any pressure. Throughout the process, his communication has been excellent and he has made what is an important decision feel much easier.
Although I haven't completed my purchase yet, the level of customer service I have received so far has been outstanding. Based on my experience to date, I would highly recommend 77 Diamonds Basel to anyone looking for expert guidance and a truly customer-focused approach.

Great Place
A lot of posibilities to choose from and a great price for what you get. Super friendly consultant and a nice office. :-) Only thing that could be better is to have more rings in the show room with actual diamonds so you see upfront how they look like.
