The First contact didn’t went well. Too complicated to take an appointment.The Ring is beautifull but higher then I Imagined, and that is because in the showroom there is not many choice and so easy to see the result. Overall, when you bay an important jewel for an important occasion, I still prefer a fisical shop; it’s easier to see what you are buying. Thank you and have a pleasant day

Overall good experience
I have ordered several items from 77Diamonds and overall I am very happy with the products and before sales support, but I wish I could say the same for after sales support. For my last order, I have requested to change the delivery details and have the product delivered to the store and been informed that the changes were done, but at the end they did not fulfill the request. The same happened with my first order where they delivered the items to the wrong place. Even if I am very happy with the products, after sales operations are disappointing.

I had a great experience with 77 Diamonds. Tarek Alawiye provided excellent support online — always responsive, clear, and professional — which made me feel comfortable despite my initial hesitation about buying a ring online. Later, the team at the Zurich store was also very helpful when I went to view and pick up the ring. The whole process, including after-sales support, was smooth and reliable. The ring looks beautiful, and I’m very happy with the result.
