+The price seems to be good value in comparison to other sites.+the design is nice and hard to find this specific design - Customer services could have been better in helping to talk through a specific diamond they were too salesy. I would prefer service with solid technical knowledge. - You can't tell the quality of a diamond based on images alone. - You can't cross reference the diamond you receive with the one you purchased without a specific tool to magnify the number. I would like to be able to shortlist 2-3 diamonds, view them in the showroom and then select one. Would I buy here again? Not with this process no. With the possibility to view my shortlisted selection in person with the right tools e.g. Ideal scope etc., then yes.

My husband and I selected the Aphrodite setting (Rose gold) with a cushion cut diamond & I couldn't be more satisfied with the choice. At first I had been concerned about the width of the band (1.6mm) because I thought maybe it may not be durable enough for the years I would be wearing it. However, I have long, thin fingers which made the choice clearer for me. It did not seem clunky nor did its width overwhelm my finger. Instead it adds an element of elegance & even better allows the diamond to stand out even better. I'd say it's a good choice for anyone, similar to me, who doesn't do too much work with their hands & has long, thin fingers
