I ordered the D-shape wedding ring in platinum & it’s a v beautiful ring. However, I didn’t order the correct size or profile (wanted heavier profile) so I reached out to the team & they responded quickly with my options. I was able to return the ring & exchange it for the ring I wanted. I was sent a payment link for the difference & my new order was processed quickly. My new ring hasn’t yet arrived but I’m confident it’ll be perfect! Jewellery arrived beautifully packaged too. I would highly recommend this company - an absolute pleasure to deal with.
