I got this as an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I managed to get a good price on new year’s day in fombination with a very nice lab grown stone. So far, the ring is absolutely gorgeous and reflects light beautifully. The ordering process overall is very good as you can choose the ring and stone separately with a large selection of options. I do have to say however that the pricing structure is very opaque. As you change diamond, the ring can suddenly jump up hundreds of CHF in prince. There seems to be some logic behind it, but it is very unclear. Sometimes two stones of the same “border karat” can result in very different ring prices. Beside this, i think the quality of the received product is very good and the customer service along the way was good. I’ve had some changing schedules so i had to move the delivery date. Customer service was easy to reach and quick at resolving the problems. What I do not have good things to say about is the local coureur who handled the delivery. They soft-locked my package up in the electronic delivery box at our house, faked a signature of my neighbours, and left me searching for literal hours. In the end I was able to hack the electronic delivery box and get my package.

I went for the platinum ring with lab grown diamond. The ring is incredible other family members have traditional diamonds and all who have seen the ring agree they would never tel the difference. This cut colour and clarity are absolutely amazing giving this ring a great shine. The Hanover design itself if sleek and beautiful perfect for my partners small hands.
