The only bad thing happened is that we received email to pick up and we replied immediately about our availability. And we waited for almost 2 weeks to get a reply but reply never came until we called them and asked why they dont want to handover our stuff. This is very awful that we waited almost 1.5 month to get the email for pickup and then pickup took another 2 weeks as they failed to book an appointment for us. It was a clear sign to show no interest handing over the stuff to owner. I will never ever buy again from 77diamonds in future as being customer, its not my responsibility to remind them. They should see emails from customers and act accordingly. Looks like 77diamonds is no more interested to keep good relation with existing customers.
