My pendant looks lovely and is exactly as I had hoped. Customer service and advice was excellent. Delivery was quite extended but understandable as the piece had to be specially made. My only criticism is the small size of the loop on the chain which makes it very difficult to get the hook fastened. I will definitely buy from 77 Diamonds again.
