I still do not have it yet, I went to the showroom to resize it, and they lost the engagement ring one day before we traveled back to our country to get married. My spouse married without her engagement ring after spending two weeks of her holidays in London to resize the ring. All this situation brought a huge issue to our wedding. We married on 27th September; today is the 2nd of October, and we are still without the ring. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE 77 DIAMOND SERVICES AND NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ANYMORE.

Stunning ring, even better in person. The ability to research and select your own stone adds to the value that can be achieved bs out of the box / standard jewellers where prices are typically inflated for often lower quality stones. Great customer service and the lead time from order to receiving my item was quicker than expected. The ring is perfect, now I just need to make sure everything else goes as smoothly with the proposal!
