The ring band is of high quality, the only small issue is that most gems come with certificates from companies that are not the "top 5 ones" as they say in their T&C/website. Also, gems can be a bit overpriced (compared to diamonds), but you get a lot of guidance from the sales department and you will get a very good quality product for your budget.
The ring is super. It also was the perfect fit. The only thing after 6 months of use there are some minor noticable scratches.
It is a very effective customer service, looks as good as the pictures and came ahead of scheduled delivery date.
