Deceptive marketing practices. Don't fall for their "money back guarantee" and bait & switch practices.

I came across 7FigureDocs through some paid marketing they were doing. I was served with an ad for a money back guarantee if they didn't bring 30 new patients into my practice. They insisted on running a $49 voucher, which I told them from the beginning didn't mesh well with the high-end clientele our practice serves. Nonetheless, they ran the same ad for us as they do for other practices, without any modification to the copy or targeting and segmentation that was consistently requested. They would just repost the exact same ad every week (rather than let well performing ads run consistently). Aside from their "management" fees, we spent an additional $3k/month on Facebook advertising, and all we have to show for it is a few new low-cost patients and a negative return on investment.

Upon asking for them to terminate service for failing to meet their guarantee, they immediately charged me for an additional month of service, and followed up up with ways they could try and help moving forward. They refuse to honor the money back guarantee citing we weren't "eligible" for that promotion - despite the fact that we have documented proof it's that promotion that we clicked on to book our sales call, and it was repeated multiple times in our initial sales call.

We have since engaged with other marketing agencies, and it's immediately evident how unprofessional and frankly incapable 7FD is. The same bait & switch tactics they used to land us as clients is what they attempted to implement for us to land patients. I'd urge any other practice owners to steer clear of 7FigureDocs.

Over promised and under delivered

I've never done much advertising, so I decided to try a facebook marketing campaign with this company which represented that they had routine success using automation bringing approximately 60 "high-quality" leads a month with about 15 of them closing. It was a complete waste of my money (almost $5000). They over sold and under delivered. They said that they had what it take to get leads for a high ticket service. When they failed they said that it was too much to expect-- but they sold it. They said that they were going to use facebook to target the right demographic. Of the few people who actually didn't no-show no one could afford the service I was offering. Then they acted like I should have known that it should have taken more than the offer they were selling to get a high ticket customer. They suggested a Groupon-ish offer on
a cheaper service that was also a waste of time and money. Then they said I was in a competitive market-- but when they were selling their services the claimed to have success in competitive markets. Why would someone hire them unless they were in a competitive market? And WARNING-- make sure you state at the beginning that your are only in it for 30 days. They make is seem like it's month-to-month but they will hold you hostage to a failing campaign for an ADDITIONAL 30 days-- even before you can see if it gets any results. I guess I had been right all these years not to waste my money on facebook marketing. The problem is that they are not accountable or honest up front. They over promise, under deliver, and get paid either way. They win. You lose.

Dear Dina,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience with our company. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment or frustration you may have encountered during your Facebook marketing campaign.

We understand the importance of delivering on our promises, and we deeply regret that your expectations were not met. Our intention is to provide high-quality leads and exceptional service to all our clients, and we apologize if we fell short of your expectations in this instance.

We would like to address your concerns regarding the success of our automation process and targeting the right demographic. While we strive for positive outcomes, it is essential to acknowledge that each marketing campaign is unique, and results can vary based on several factors. We apologize if there was any miscommunication or unrealistic expectations set during our discussions.

Regarding the affordability of the service you were offering and the suggestion of a Groupon-like offer, we apologize if our recommendations did not align with your business objectives. Our aim is to assist our clients in achieving their goals, and we understand the importance of catering to their specific needs and target audience. At the end of the day, in any form of marketing, there is a strategy to attract and acquire new patients.

In regards to the duration of the campaign, we apologize for any confusion that may have arisen. We understand the frustration caused by the perceived lack of flexibility. We appreciate your feedback, and we will make sure to review our communication and ensure greater clarity about campaign durations and expectations in the future. Most marketing agencies will require 3, 6, 9, 12 month contracts in order to deliver on marketing campaigns that take time to optimize true results. We have done everything in our power as a marketing agency to reduce that duration, as we offer a month to month service with 30-days notice to cancel before the next upcoming billing date.

We genuinely value your feedback, and we want to make things right. We would appreciate the opportunity to further discuss your concerns and find a resolution that satisfies your expectations. Please reach out to our customer service department at support@7figuredocs.com so that we can address your concerns promptly and personally.

Dina, we do take full responsibility for the lack of your success, because from the beginning you were not comfortable nor on board with the strategies needed to bring patients in the door, in a tough NYC market. Moreso, we did bring a good amount of patients in the door, but you were also unwilling to use any sales strategies to convert patients. It’s not realistic to expect sales, with no sales process. We do host weekly sales training webinars for our clients, we hope to see you on the next one, as it’s free value. Head to www.7figuredocs.com/webinar.

Once again, we apologize for the negative experience you had and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We remain committed to our clients' success and will continue to strive for excellence in our services.

Sincerely,
7FigureDocs
