I am attaching two photos to show the appalling quality of these jeans .
As previous comments one pair is badly worn around the crotch area making them unwearable . The other black pair washed out after only two washes . I have placed them next to a high street pair bought around the same time with similar amounts if washes - the difference us ridiculous . Very poor quality in my view for very expensive jeans will not buy again
Couldn’t send the other photo for some reason.

Worst refund process and customer service I've experienced

Purchased 4 pairs of jeans online using an Amex discount offer. The jeans never arrived and when I contacted 7ForAllMankind I was told they'd been "delivered to a neighbour" but they couldn't tell me which neighbour. I asked all of my neighbours to no avail. Thoroughly frustrating in any case as I'd been sat at home at the supposed time of delivery and my doorbell never rang. I wasn't planning to keep all 4 pairs but had wanted to try them on at home and likely only keep 1 pair, so it was a huge expense for me to be out of pocket. Every time I contacted 7 For all mankind, I was simply told that despite the courier admitting the package had been lost, I had to wait for head office to approve the refund. They refused point blank to send a replacement order. There was no rush and no urgency, and the last email I received said I'd in fact only get my refund once they'd received the package back! Pretty impossible since I'd never received it and the courier had said it was lost! My credit card payment came out (almost £800) and I had to front the payment. I finally got offered a measly discount code as a gesture which was nowhere near as much as the expired Amex one. This back and forth went on for over 3 weeks, still no refund, until eventually I contacted my credit card company who immediately credited me the money and took it up with 7 For All Mankind themselves. Very disappointing it had to come to that. Would never buy from this company again. Avoid!

APPALLING SERVICE

APPALLING SERVICE. I ordered over £1000 worth of jeans to try on at home, sent them all back as they weren't quite right. Two weeks later I contacted them to query where my refund was I was asked to fill out a ridiculous amount of paperwork only to be told they didn't know where the delivery was as hadn't been returned to their warehouse and to get in touch again soon. I did this a week later and then got told it would be at least another 30 days until I can ask where my refund is, meaning it would've been at least two months waiting for a sum of over £1000 to come back onto my credit card. Disgusting. I can't believe a company can exist with a policy like this

Appalling quality and appalling customer service. Avoid!!!

I bought a pair of jeans for nearly £200 and wore them occasionally as they were so expensive so I was keeping them for "best". Within less than 4 months (of very little wear) I noticed the fabric around the crotch thinning and within no time they were unwearable due to a visible hole having developed. Also the fabric on the front on either side of the zip went all wrinkly. I emailed 7FAM to be told that I needed to send the email to another address which they gave me. I did this to have it returned undeliverable. I have since looked at reviews (should have done so in the first place) to discover that this is a brand of appalling quality and appalling customer service. I will not be shopping here again or recommending them. What a rip off!

Stay far away from this brand. The worst customer service.

I have ordered few pairs of jeans from this brand. After 2 months I noticed that the stretch fabric in many parts of those jeans were damage. I send e-mails to the customer service with pictures and described this issue and I received response that it is not textile's fault rather the usage by me and in this case they can offer me 20 % of the refund. I was astonished this e-mails so tried to explain again that there were not my first pairs of jeans and wore them as the other one before, etc. They ignored my e-mails. I called the customer service many times and they promised to do something with my case and until now no one replied to me.
If you want to enjoy your high-end brands' shopping please do not do it with 7 for All Mankind.

Worst Customer Service from a high-end brand

I bought a pair of jeans from the 7forall Mankind site on Aug 20th - and after having to communicate with them, a shipping company and a courier - all underpinned by lack of apology or any attempt at customer service from the company themselves, the jeans finally arrive today. They are not at all what I expected, they fit poorly and look cheap. Their returns policy says the timeframe for returns has passed as you have only 14 days after receiving a product to return it. As I received it today, I've emailed them to see what they can do. Given the terrible reviews here, I have a feeling I have a long road ahead to get a refund. What an absolutely unpleasant experience in every way. I've always bought j-brand jeans but given the changes in the company haven't been able to get the ones I want online - I intend to go back to a proper jeans brand as soon as I get my money back.

Avoid 7forallmankind

Avoid this company. I returned a £200 jacket over two months ago. I have been emailing and phoning regularly to see why they have not refunded my money. They keep fobbing me off with excuses ranging from Bexit, delays at borders, it’s in transit, we need 21 working days etc and despite telling me they can see it is safe and on its way to the Netherlands and having seen my proof of posting they still won’t refund my money. They are now saying they are having an investigation with Hermes and I should hear from them in two weeks. I wish I had read the reviews here before buying from them.

Hi Carol,

we are sorry that your reimbursement has been taken longer than expected.

The final destination of your returning parcel is in the Netherlands and the custom's clearance procedures after the Brexit have some impact on the expected time to refund.

We are sorry about this inconvenience and we want to make sure we are working hard on speeding up this process.

This company is just plain stupid

This company is just plain stupid. They owe me c. £1,500 for jeans that I bought but returned, as I rightfully can. They didn't seem to be able to work out their own processes and, as a result, failed to refund me. I raised a dispute, they emailed promising they'd refund me once I cease the dispute - and then they haven't refunded me again!!

Poor quality jeans and refusal to provide agreed refund to pay for repairs

I purchased a pair of 7 for All Mankind Jeans. After a few months of wearing, they developed holes in the crotch area and I contacted customer services. Their internal team reviewed the pictures and confirmed it was unacceptable wear and offered a 20% refund. "This case has been analysed by the relevant department. In order to apologize for the inconvenience and to cover up for any specific costs to repair the article, we offer you a retrospective 20% discount over the amount paid for the article." I had my jeans repaired locally and waited and waited for the refund to show up in my bank account. When I finally went back and emailed to ask when I would receive the refund, I received the following response "Unfortunately this account is now older than 6 months old and we are fiscally unable to refund any amount back to you card, we did require acceptance in writing for the 20% refund." However, I was never told that a written acceptance was required or that there was a 6 month time limit. I have followed up multiple times and been told there is nothing they can do to rectify their poor communication and poor product quality because their systems do not allow them to process the refund. I was instead offered a discount on a future product. Which means that in order to get money back that I spent on repairing the jeans that were poor quality, I have to spend a hundred or more pounds on a new pair of jeans. This is absolutely unacceptable and I would advise others not to buy jeans from this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have been trying to get a refund on a faulty pair of jeans for nearly 2 months. First I’m told I have to wait for the product to be returned to the Netherlands rather than the UK depot and then when I’ve still not had anything to confirm delivery or refund I’m told to fill out a form that contains no extra information to what they already have other than my signature. No effort made to actually track the parcel, just all emphasis on the customer to sort the problem.

Shocking customer service and product quality from a company that charge around £200 for a pair of jeans.

Safe to say I will not be buying from them again.

Bad quality and bad customer service

Bought two pair of jeans for over 350 pounds and within a year they are both ripped on the inside. Without really wearing them loads or washing them loads.

Raised this to their customer service department who tried everything to not have to help me with the issue.

Don’t buy from 7 For All Mankind

Stay away from this Company, they sell low quality items for higher prices and when you return it back you never get your refund.
I bought a denim skirt from their website £180 and when the item arrived it was far from how it was described, I have returned it back and for more than two weeks now there is no sign of a refund, I reached out to their rude customer service team and all I got was the copy and pasted excuses of Brexit .
I will definitely report this to Trading Standards and I will also make sure that I advise everyone on all social media platforms to read these reviews before considering buying from them

Bizarrely incompetent levels of customer service

Extremely sloppy customer service from the online shop - so much so it is bizarre. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans at £410 that never arrived. I kept getting fobbed off with excuses about "Brexit". 4 weeks later they eventually issued a credit note, which 2 and a half weeks later still hasn't shown in my account. Also returned 2 pairs of jeans (£358) which were delivered to the Swindon office on 16 April - still chasing a refund. No idea what has happened to this organisation but they seem to have utterly lost the plot.

Would give a zero if I could

Would give a zero if I could. Like many others, ordered jeans that did not fit (despite being the same supposed size and cut as two I own). I sent them back immediately. Over four weeks after they received my return and still no refund on £475.

Completely unacceptable. Four calls to customer service to be told 'this is how it is'. Trading should be shuttered in UK if they can't provide basic services.

Utterly disgusting.

Refunded eventually but slowly

I had a very similar experience to a lot of people on here; sent a return back early March, received confirmation that they had got it the next day and was only refunded today.
This was fairly stressful and after reading other reviews on here I did contact customer services and like many other people did not find them very helpful. I did want to provide assurance to anyone in my position that I did get my refund eventually as customer services said I would, though it did take longer than the website stated.

The initial delivery was great and the jeans seemed like good quality, though ridiculously long, hence returning them. Planning to go into the regent street store when it’s reopened but wouldn’t shop online with them again.

What an absolute nightmare dealing with…

What an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. They are a scam. Please stay away. I bought a pair of jeans on the 4/01/2021. It Arrived 6 weeks later after numerous follow ups. I returned them immediately as they did not fit. It is another 6 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. I have launched a complain with the trading standards agency. This company is not fit for business. What a disgrace of a brand. Please stay away from them. Quality does not match their exuberant price, and return is a near impossible. I will give a minus start if that was an option.
