Everything was great except that a) somehow my account disappeared and I had to create a new one, and b) the flower arrangement my mom received looked different from the picture … in the picture it looked chic and classy… the actual arrangement looked a bit tacky (there were some bright colors that weren’t in the image)

No communication about the delivery
No communication about the delivery. Emailed customer service for the advice on delivery and received no response what so ever.

not good experience
delivery time was wrong. I asked to be delivered before 4:30pm or after 6:30pm at any time. As a result, they brought it to this wrong period of time.
half of the flowers withered the next day, that is, today.
This has not happened with previous orders. all was good

Sunflowers Delivered in Dubai
I ordered flowers.
They were delivered on time and to the right place.
The recipient was very happy.
Some of the flowers lasted about 8 days and some are still going.

Even though I have placed order a bit later than cut off time for morning delivery, it was still delivered on time, as I asked. The bouquet was fresh and beautifully presented, same like on the picture.
