Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience, ordered and paid (I even confirmed over the phone) went to collect it, it’s was not available. The staff were incompetent and took all day to find a solution - will not answer messages and calls. Do not order from here if you want your order or good service!

I’m not impressed so far
I’m not impressed so far, ordered before 9 am for same day delivery by 5 pm, been messaging and e mailing and so far no response. If you order flowers for an occasion they should be delivered on time. At least answer customers requests!! UPDATE… finally got a response after asking for a refund, the flowers were delivered at around 7 pm!

You dont deserve even one Star!!!!
Very bad treatment. For 265 dirhams, I can buy a bouquet of beautiful roses, arranged and clean, but not like yours was like a bunch of parsley or coriander like the Birds of Paradise I ordered... Shame on you. I received the roses as if they were a bunch of parsley. Very bad and this is the last time I have dealt with you. I hope to respect customers and their minds.
Now I understand...that's why you don't send the picture of the roses that the customer requests!!!
