Title loan over the phone
Honestly the whole experience was great. What's surprisingly easy and I have pretty crappy credit? But I was able to get what I needed and more with no problem.It was very fast too.

Today started out with me stressing and…
Today started out with me stressing and worried about this temporary financial strain I have going on. I was anxious and embarrassed but from the moment I first spoke to the gentleman that called I began to relax. He then transferred me to Sui, who may be the best person I have ever dealt with in any loan process. That includes, purchasing a home and cars. She calmed me down and took care of me the way she would want to be treated. She guided me through the process step by step and everything was approved within a few hours. Thank you all for your help. I can actually sleep tonight!!

I never received the welcome email that…
I never received the welcome email that I was told that it was going to be sent to my email address the day that I got the loan. I called back to the Welcome Department the following day to request that the welcome email be sent again because it was not received. The Welcome department representative that had contacted me the day before never responded back to my voicemail message and I still haven’t received the email.
