They do not work with you & will sell your car at first opportunity. Terrible company

This process was absolutely horrible!! No one knew what they were doing! Every call made I was told wrong information and additional steps to complete. Initial email that listed items needed didn’t have insurance coverage card needed. Was told that another department needed insurance card. This loan was advertised as get loan same day! Not true!! Will not be recommending this company also paying off loan ASAP!! Absolutely disappointed!!

This place is just a scam lurking on people that actually need help
They are quick to give the money out because you won’t notice the over the top expenses that come with it
This company is sour and I hope this reaches anyone in need prior to them utilizing this company
They do not change dates to meet your pay time . If your late you get the fee and the possibilities of having your car being repossessed and if they do that you will won’t get any info on where they took your car because you have like a week before they attempt to sell your vehicle and you will still owe. When they know you are calling to figure out your situation, they will give you he run around

To be honest this was the last resort and I really did not want to do this. I was very humbled, and every single staff member that I came across over the phone was very helpful and kind and considerate.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. THE INTEREST RATE IS VERY HIGH. IF YOU CAN GET MONEY FROM ANY OTHER MEANS DO THAT FIRST. THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO BE PRAYING ON THE DESPERATION OF POOR PEOPLE. $30,000 FOR $9000 LOAN IS CRAZY.

I am going to give you the honest truth! I did a lot of research before signing my loan and read over a 100 reviews good and bad. BBB reviews and all the non accredited information that was alleged. Despite me having an amazing income I found myself struggling to make ends meet and got deeper in the hole. I finally had my car paid off but nobody would give me more than 1000 here and there and I admit my credit is horrible now. I didn’t think I would have a way out. I thought long and hard and decided to apply with this company and was shocked at the amount I received. Enough to finally get my life back on track but not without risk. I know this is a high interest loan and my car is collateral and nothing will keep me from making my payments on time. I did inquire about changing the date and what would happen if this or that happened and the person I spoke with gave me honest answers. I was able to review my loan documents and see that the interest rate does drop over time and the payments get lower. I spent an hour looking at it and reading over it. I found it to be very satisfying and upfront. If you are in a bind and committed to keeping up the payments and have a job that can ensure you are paid on time. Take this opportunity. I am so thankful. They even took care of my DMV issues and included taking care of my super late registration on their end by using the money I was approved for! I am so happy and now I feel confident that I am of course going to be paying back more but I can finally get my life back on track!

Loan Mart was great. Very helpful and outgoing to provide their services. I did talk to, too many agents that assisted me and probably would have been better off sticking with just one. Other than that everything was great.

Bad company they want to know your cars worth and year mileage to deny loans they are a fraud and scam I bet as they denied said my car is not qualified for any loans what a laugh they are rip offs too beware of this company don't apply here avoid it and go somewhere where you are treated nicely and welcomed

Paid off the loan way earlier than the payoff date. But now i,m having problems getting my title back. They keep giving me the run around.
