I was conned by 86mall recently. I bought a pair of slippers from them, it clearly said it is free shipping. But after I made the payment, they ask me to pay shipping costs. And threatening me to charge me a "warehousing fee" if I don't pay shipping costs soon enough. After realizing this company is a scam, I told them they can have my slippers free. Be aware this company!

Totally a SCAM website!!!!!!!
I placed an order for a total amount of $104 because of their "Free shipping to USA" ad, and they requested me to pay for $250 shipping fee. I immediately contact them to cancel my order as the items have not yet arrived to their warehouse, but they refused to give you a refund unless you pay for certain percentage of shipping fee and service fee (note: they still don't want to give you the exact percentage of how much they want to charge you). One of the items I ordered was not even match with the product descriptions they listed on the website that they had to contact me to cancel, this brings up to more questions: 86mall does NOT even know what they are selling! They even list false products on their site! I had to call PayPal to cancel my transaction, and 86mall insisted me to close the claim and give me the refund as store credits. I have made it very clear in all my emails to them that I NEED my money back, not store credits with unreasonable fees deducted. I will fight to get my money back. Eveyone, please stay away from this scam website and report to econsumer.gov

bought a book for 12dollars.

Shipping for 45 dollars.

1book total for 57 dollars. And the book was only 5 dollars on original price. Which means they charge shipping for 52 dollars.

This website is a scam.
The website states the shipping is free. After you paid for your merchandise. They will ask you again to pay for shipping. And the shipping fee is very very high. If you ask for refund, they will deduct restocking fees from your refund, then give you only a partial refund in form of STORE CREDIT!!! The "store credit" means that you can only use the credit for your future purchase on 86mall only!!! That means you won't get your money back.
Solution:
1. File complaints to Payal or the bank that issued you the credit card you used for purchase on 86mall.
2. Also file complaints to the government of your country that handles scams relating to e-commerce.
These fraudulent activities have to end.
3. File complaints to econsumer.gov TO REPORT international scams online!!!!

This is a bad website and they solicit people's money with malicious traps. The free shipping to north america is a trap. The low price on the product is a trap. After you paid for these product, they will charge you a a lot of money for shipping and by that time, you don't have any choice rather than the ones they provided are all overpriced shipping methods. If you return, they charge overpriced return shipping fee and their service fee which means you will get little money back for what you paid. So they trap you in a situation where no matter how you choose, you loose a lot.

Scams website

1. 2 times + more expensive than Taobao, while they buy the staff from Taobao and just ship it for you.
2. High on shipping.
3. Charge service fee.
4. Misleading, you need do buy membership to get the price that they promised at the beginning.
5. 86daigou provide exactly same service for a cheaper price.

After all, you will get your staff. I got mine at least.

totally cheating website.
after I placing an order(about $50), they charge me $50, then ask me $250 for shipping, and they refuse to return unless you agree to pay them %15 for "service and shipping fee". I tried this website because I clicked the linked from eBay.

very poor customer service. I saw ad of this company claiming capable of shipping items from china for me while I was browsing TAOBAO(Alibaba). After I bought it and paid for it, I was notified 86mall cannot ship it !?!?!? They put on ad stating they can do it. It even took me several rounds of Email to get my refund even if they can practically do nothing to purchase my item. The customer service even want to say it was my fault.

I had the same bad shopping experience like others. Please stay away from this company. Though, I had chat with them in Chinese about the over charged payment and the dishonest business operating method caused the customer disappointed, they don’t care about it.

I haven't ordered anything but I want to buy an OPPO smartphone, I live in Spain but I don't if it is secure to buy from there. Or can anyone recommend me any other website where I can buy an OPPO smartphone?

Scam, the item was in Canadian dollar after I purchase they calculate in US dollar end up the product price double of what it was marked. Suppose to be free shipping to Canada. Holy moly shipping cost the price of the item. Never ever buy from this 86mall

I purchased a smart smoke alarm, the shipping fee charged over $40 after I paid the $30 item, they didn't tell you will and how much charge you shipping after you paid the item.

very bad company as i found out that they trick you to become a member by saying not internation shipping cost. when i my order is ready to ship they requried $ 600 for shipping cost. Ridiculous shipping cost.

I have ordered a bunch of writing paper (宣紙）last month, even though I wasn't happy about the shipping cost originally (I didn't read the rule of free international shipping), their customer service department refunded the free shipping expenses part to my account to resolve the problem. In 2 weeks, I got my order, 2 weeks faster than I expected. I am very pleased with the products that I ordered. Now, I am sending my second order, using the shipping credits that they refunded to my account. This time, I reserved some credits so I can use them to pay the shipping.

Overall, I am pretty happy with 86mall, their customer service is very fast and responsive to my inquiries (responded within 24-48 hours). I did read the their reviews before my order, however, there were negatives and positive reviews, I desired to give a try by myself, gave them the benefit of the doubt. I am glad that I did and I got the papers that I needed in time.

86Mall charges so much for the product itself, also overcharge on shipping. The 2nd time ordering the same thing just a month later, they charge me more shipping. The GTE membership fee renew process is not user-friendly. I renewed once, the screen went back to the same screen I started, so clicked on it again, then found out I bought twice. Called their customer support, who said they never refund on GTE membership fees. One of the items I bought is considered sensitive food item, and the shipping would be almost $200 USD, so I decided to ship it to family in China. The shipping charge was $69 Yuan. Taobao would have only charge $10 yuan. 86Mall is not a good seller in many ways. Don't buy from them.

That is an very interesting experience for my first shopping in 86mall. There are thousands of items that can satisfied my different kinds of requirement. Lots of reward activities are held frequently. When you select 86mall, shopping will become more easy.My 86mall account is jchenscs.

Wish we could gather together find a lawyer to sue this company. I was induced by their free shipping policy and ordered around $50 products, then when they arrived, 86 mall asked me to pay $300 shipping charge!!! Yes, that's 6 times of the product worth and it's not free!! This company is totally a scam. I hope everyone here can start spread the world about this bad company. I am also gonna write google review and file BBB complaint.

Totally agree with the rest of the reviews, a complete scam. The WORST shopping experience ever!!! A NEGATIVE star rating if I could.

After you checkout the stuff in your shopping bag, you have no idea how much the total cost is going to be, first you pay for the items you purchased, then after a day or two, they send you an email telling you that the items are in their warehouse and ready to be shipped. Then you have to pay a ridiculous high shipping fee and a service fee which is 10% of (products total + shipping charge). They claim free international shipping but all you get is just a refund of the shipping charge as a credit in your account for the next purchase.

It's a scam, because it was not made clear how much you will end up paying when you're ready to checkout. I was forced to pay the shipping fee since I already paid for the items I bought.

The price of the items I bought is like 2 or 3 times higher than the regular price you find on any other Chinese shopping websites. The shipping charge and service fee is ridiculous, and worst of all, you don't know how much the total is going to be when you click on Pay.

I bought some three squirrel snacks, I can easily get them from local Asian grocery stores much cheaper than what I paid for on 86mall. A total scam, please stay away from them.
