Another one that asks for all your documents to verify the account then bans you from your account for no reason with no explanation given. I am sick and tired of websites like 888 asking for all your personal details and documents then ban you.

This is after I have sent ALL my personal documents such as Driving Licence, Passport, Bank Details, Address, Contact Details etc...

So all my personal documents are floating around somewhere ready to be used or more than likely sold on.

Beware of these Scammers

This company advertise best odds Guaranteed but this never happens. I bet two horses each way who finished 2nd and third . One was returned 50-1 . I was paid 22-1 the other was returned 16- 1 I was paid 11-1. Nit for the first time . Another finished third at 100- 1. I was paid 50-1 . No phone replies. No e mail replies from customer services . Dont waste your time with this company. They have already been fined £9million quid and 7 million previously. They are possibly the worst company ever .

Won a few quid and they limited stakes to 1% of levels they previously allowed. If you have any intention of winning long term forget about these guys, scum.

I queried settlement of a bet first by live chat and then my e mail. I have received no response.

Any organisation that does not have a customer service phone number should be avoided.

I have tried to logon to my account for the last three days but still unable to. I have tried deleting and re-installing the software, tried changing my password and tried complaining to 888 all to no avail. I cant even send a complaint as I get a message saying they have a problem. they say I am using the "wrong" password (I'm not) they say change it (but wont let me) now I'm locked out for trying to rectify there mistake. If only 888 was as quick at resolving problems as they are at taking money all would be fine. What a useless company with very poor, or non-existent customer support

They stole my money.
I won a large amount on an football Acca and they initially paid out. After I withdrew most of the funds to leave a healthy "play with balance" BOOM!! they put a "restriction" on my account (ultimately locking in my credit balance) and then asked me for of all sorts of "sensitive" photographic documentation (both sides of my bank cards, driving licence, passport) When I questioned this they just stopped responding other than a jibberish email about "pre-withdrawal protocols" Upshot is they still have my money and they are still allowed to carry on with malign practices.

Deposits too get access too a free wheel daily but they take it off me early because i didnt deposit more. Goes back on their promise because they wasnt earning more. Such a scam DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I finally managed to contact them, they replied: "(...)Please only contact us during the 8-week period, if you have further information to add, and be assured that we are dealing with your case."

They reserve now 8 week period to response. Is there any more ridicules customer service in the industry ?

If could give no stars would . Joke of support gave me 10 seconds to respond then closed chat straight away. Been waiting 10 days for a transfer

nor bad casino but not good either if you win under 1k its okay no problem withdraw but if you try to get over 1k they will take as long as they can it can be a week, two or a month, i dont know where is the problem other casinos that i played they had no problem withdrawing over 1k in 24h no extra verification or all that what they do on 888casino website

What a scam of a poker site. Everything about this site is fixed. So much collusion. Same 5 players getting paid and hitting their 1 outer. Promotions are all scammed. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Filing lawsuit in London Ontario for false advertising. Hoping to get this company out of Canada. Please leave your experience here to warn others. ITS ALL A SCAM

Worst betting company I have ever used, not even had an account for a full 24hours and they have blocked my account for abuse of promotions when I contacted them as I had unlocked promos but couldn't access them. So I used the live chat to get nowhere now going down formal complaints route I feel genuinely robbed and thry are acting as if they have been done over. Never ever ever sign up to 888!

Absolute joke of a company I,d recently won a free bet but was not credited to my account and now been told my account is restricted , a business decision, I've given 1 star as cant give none

Why you should not play in the 888 room:
1. No customer support at all. No one ever answer your emails
2. Outdated and laggy application, that can randomly stop working in the middle of the game.
3. Personally they seem scamming players by “creating” action. As an example you have over pair on flop and some one soooo often hit the set and etc. I’ve played a mln hands there and I know what I am saying.
