Never got to a point where I was looking to withdraw, but after seeing these reviews I quit the site at the first sign of trouble.
This first sign of trouble was when I used a welcome code for 100 free spins on your first deposit. I deposited using the code and never received the 'free spins.'
Given they would have been at 10p stake each, no real loss as such, but it's the principle of it. After my first deposit I even went on to deposit another 30 quid, so 50 quid overall in the first few hours.
When I spoke to customer service they just repeatedly told me that I hadn't used the code, and that they couldn't do anything about it, despite me knowing full well that I did. Honestly, it's a good thing because I was enjoying the Goonies game way to much..
As annoying as it is right now, it's saved me a LOT of money in the long term.

My experience with 888 Casino has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. In the middle of an active game, exactly at the moment I won a bonus while placing a $5 bet, I was suddenly disconnected from the game. After that incident, I was completely unable to re-enter the game or continue where I left off.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, customer service has been completely unresponsive. I sent multiple emails and tried to contact them through live chat, but received absolutely no reply. It genuinely feels as if there is no support team operating behind this casino.
This situation resulted in financial loss and a total lack of accountability from 888 Casino. A licensed online casino should never operate this way, especially when real money and active bonuses are involved.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from 888 Casino. Do not risk your money or time with a platform that ignores players when problems occur.
