if someone recognizes the problem as mine, I would be grateful for any kind of help in the form of an institution to turn to or a way to solve this problem... share your experiences with me

I registered with 888sport on October 1, 2023(username- spogulis15), and fully verified my account on October 4, receiving an email stating, “Your details are verified.” However, on November 1, my account was restricted, and I got an email from operations requesting the following documents: an ID held in my hand, a paper with my username in my hand, proof of address in my hand, and confirmation of my deposit method in my hand. It’s unbelievable that they would ask for such documents from a fully verified account!

It’s now been a year, and my account is still restricted. I’ve sent around 30 emails with all the required documents, yet they keep finding something wrong with them. My only deposit methods were Paysafecard and Neteller. Currently, they’re asking for the following:

We still need a photo-holding copy in a JPEG format: This should be a selfie with you holding the document below.
o A different bank or credit card statement aside from your Revolut showing your deposit or funding to your Revolut account.
For paperless bank transactions, you may send a PDF copy of your statement. (very interesting how is possible sent paperless PDF copy in hand LOL ???!!!)
Once we have received the requested document we will get back to you with a prompt update.
Please make sure that both your face and the document is clearly visible in the photo.

I’d like to remind you that I’ve never deposited into my 888sport account using any bank card or bank account. My Revolut account has nothing to do with 888sport. The only time I ever provided a Revolut statement was when 888sport asked me to show how I funded my Neteller account. I sent them a screenshot showing a deposit into Neteller from Revolut, but now they’re asking for another bank statement that shows a transfer from Revolut — which is just absurd. Neither my Revolut account nor any other bank account has any direct connection to my 888sport account.

This company operates completely outside the rules. Is there anyone who can put a stop to these ridiculous demands? Does anyone know if the licensing body can help? I strongly advise against registering an account with any part of the 888 group, whether for sports, poker, or casino, because you never know what absurd documentation they might demand if you win. Currently, I have over 4,000 euros in my account…

I cant withdraw my winnings, ive had to send id, then selfies holding the id, which have failed because they cant read the id on the selfie wtf lol

Finally approved that selfie and have suppose to have processed my withdrawal but its still pending??

2 years ago 888sport suspended my account ""as per investigation on my betting account"".I have already post here ""1 star is to high for them""..
Now after 2(!!!) years they wrote me-please provide your bank account for withdrawal.As my residential country has been changed I provided my current country bank account.No-you should provide us Ireland bank account as you registered from Ireland. I didnt want to give an Irish(i still have one) bank account,because those who live in Ireland know the attitude of banks if the bookmaker credits your account.So but i provided it and answer was-PLEASE PROVIDE ALTERNATIVE BANK ACCOUNT!!!!! They are first class crooks and swindlers for all the time!!! 2 Years marinate account and anyway do not pay!! Does anyone know to revoke their gaming license???

Their system had the incorrect results from some football games and so hadn’t paid out a bet which had won.

Twice they’ve confirmed that it’s a technical error with their system and that they will correct it.

I’ve given up with their live chat as they just say they’ll get it sorted out and then don’t take any action. Will now have to go via the ombudsman’s which means I need to wait 8 weeks. Hugely irritating !

Waste of time, the worst bet company when I ever had, don't pay welcome bonus, I closed my account.

I signed up and they let me make a deposit before immediately restricting my account for verification. I have tried to complete the verification process and have submitted my ID however they also ask for a copy of my card which I have submitted a screenshot but explained that it is revolut and virtual so I can't submit pictures of the front and back of it however they just refuse to respond to support messages.

WARNING. Do not ever use 888sport. They are corrupt and close your account with winnings of £105 still outstanding over 5 months.. I have sent in all the documents for ID as requested and they still act like a bunch of arrogant very idiotic call handlers. When you get an e mail reply saying "I will transfer you over to the competent department " that states their intention of not paying out.

Last week I won a slip of 300 quid plus, it didn't settle for over 12 hours so naturally i messaged the live chat, as I explained my frustrations very calmly ,no swearing no aggression or anything I simply used the term 'desperate' in regards to my bet being settled because 300 quid is a substantial amount to some people and the event was over 12 hours prior. An agent took the word 'desperate' and started accusing me of having gambling problems,which I explained was certainly not the case I was just frustrated and wanting the money I had rightfully won.MID EXPLANATION, this agent temporarily restricts my account and I've been locked out of my account with 300 quid in the account,the agents are the most incompetent robots I've ever dealt with in my entire life, I beg for people to not use this or 888 casino,there's so many better apps with better customer service

Signed up and within 30 mins of registering account had been banned from having any promotions on my account. Spoke to an advisor who just said this decision was final and left the chat immediately and gave no reasoning. Surprising as I literally didn't even have time to make a deposit on my account or do anything. Very poor communication from advisors also, wouldn't recommend.

Did not pay out on promotion bets, zero communication from customer service, do not use this platform.

Absolute SCUM amongst online bookmakers.They are ''breaking rules'' for a mere 189 euro by refusing to withdraw that amount from my account and ignoring any communication from me.This is utterly pathetic.

I am appalled and disgusted by this company 🤮, they’ve literally scammed me , I took part in a bet £10 to get £30 in free bets on 888sport, I made my first ever deposit with the code “30FXS” like it says, and contacted support as I didn’t receive my bets, the agent told my to wait for me bet to settle and wait about 24-78 hours or something like that for my free bets too be credited, the next day I contacted support again to see if I was still getting it as it still wasn’t credited, I tried to contact an agent but the AI bot told me that I couldn’t take part in any more bonuses at all, so I contacted support again and they said the same thing, but the first agent told me I was receiving my promotion and told me to wait, I asked if I can atleast get my £10 back because I had been lied to but they told me no, I didn’t even expect the bet to win I only placed it for the bonus and now they’ve banned me from all bonuses , big no from me 👎 will definitely be sticking to paddy power or Betfred from now😒😒😒

I signed up 2 weeks ago. I deposited $250 onto my account, gambled the full amount and got my account up to over $300. Then my account was restricted until I provided my employment information. I provided the information only to receive no response or updates. Their customer support tells me they can do nothing until the operations team responds leaving my money in limbo for almost a week so far with no resolutions only excuses. Choose any other app as this one from the reviews I've been reading appears to be a scam, defrauding people out of their monies.

An absolute scam! Had not placed a bet on the website for 3 years due to being out of the country. Deposited £40 with them back in February 2024. Placed two £10 E/W bets on horses. Only got £20 back, however, 888sport refused my withdrawal and closed my account. I did nothing wrong. Have used a third party to negotiate with them but with no success. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY WITH THIS SCAM OUTFIT!

I signed up. Instantly got a message saying that an 'internal decision' means I can't get bonuses. I went to the live chat to ask why. 3 times I got through to an agent and all I wanted was an explanation of the decision. All 3 times they repeated the email back to me, then explained it to me like I was an idiot and ended the chat before I could reply. Never used it to bet because of this, never will. Don't use this site. Bet365 clear. Bunch of absolute prats.

Avoid this company at all costs. They regularly advertise risk free bet offers where if you place a qualifying bet and it loses you’ll receive a free bet back. I don’t think I’ve ever received one of these when I should have without having to chase it up. Every time, they told me to wait 3 days and then contact them again and they’d eventually credit the bet reluctantly. Now, they’ve stopped even doing that. My last 6 bets have not been credited and they’ve just stopped replying to my messages. Complete false advertising and they should be shut down. Absolute scum.

Created an account, placed my 10 pound bet in order to receive 30 in free bets which they were offering, they then wanted documents to verify my identity and after spending nearly 2 days sending them multiple times they tell me that i have access again to my account but due to an ‘internal decision’ and with no further explanation they withheld the free bets I was due. Avoid this company at all costs
