Bad product, even worse customer service !!!
I brought a watch, it plus it's replacement broke within days of being received.
Been chasing them for over 4 months for a refund and nothing but ignored emails, not answering the questions asked, and sampling blaming their supplier for not coming back to them, The contract is between them and me, no one else, they should refund me and talk to their supplier separately.
They have promised refund 4 times and them cancelled the promised to say e-mail sent in error.
Still awaiting refund , and will not give any contact details of complaints department or directors I could to with to sort out the issue.
Simply stay away from both 98Apparel and Richie Samuel watches
