Great service
I would recommend this site to everybody. I had accidentally filled in the wrong email adress so I did not receive any order conformation. When I mailed this problem to them, they immediately helped me out and were so so friendly. I really appreciated the quick responses.

Thank You very much for your order, which is payed by banktransfer.
Therefore we do not send the jewellery before the money is on our account.
We received your payment and shipped the goods from here on the 12th of May 2016.
It is very unfortunate that the package has not turned up yet.
It is send in a white box - so perhaps it is at your local post office - if You were not home when they tried to deliver your package - the will put a note in your mailbox.
If it does not turn up this week, I will of course ship a new set of jewellery to you :-)
