If I could give a -5 star I would. Absolutely terrible experience. The “jeans” that arrived were flimsy cheap material that probably cost $2 to make yet they charged $65. I was absolutely horrified at the dress that arrived. They refused to refund my money. They claimed to be from the Netherlands but package arrived from China. Do not order from thezboutique.com

🚨 Customer Beware: My Honest Experience with @ZBoutiqueOfficial 🚨

I ordered a $60 dress for a special occasion. It arrived late with bleach-like stains. I sent photos (twice), paid an extra $11 for a replacement dress — only to receive another stained dress.
When I finally asked for a full refund (about $70), I was told the stains were “part of the design.” This felt completely dismissive and misleading.
After weeks of being strung along, they would not give me a refund. Fortunately, PayPal reimbursed for the 1st dress after getting my complaint. I am still incredibly disappointed by the lack of integrity and customer care of Z Boutique.
I’m sharing this to warn others. If you’re considering ordering from overseas sellers that don’t clearly state their return policy or location, please be cautious.

If I could give less than 1 star I would go into the minus figures. Please don't ever order from here. I paid $80 for a pair of what they called custom Nike air Jordans. They arrived over 10 weeks later not even in a shoe box and looks like a child has made them in a basement! Looked nothing like what was advertised. Complete fraudsters!
