Unprofessional and rude

I used this company’s online web contact form via their official website to make an enquiry about new windows and bifold doors for our entire home. I received a confirmation of my enquiry submission with a message saying someone would contact me shortly.
When I today, 2 weeks later, still hadn’t heard back from them, I called their office to chase my quote.
I had the unfortunate experience of being met with a very rude and arrogant attitude from the guy I spoke to, who even claimed that they don’t have an or receive messages from an online contact form.
When I pointed out to him that they indeed have one, his arrogance and rudeness was quite frankly disgusting communication to an enquiring potential customer and I certainly will not be attempting to use this company for any windows or doors we need replacing.
How a company communicates with customers says a lot more about a company than many are aware of.
