We used A1 for the first time today to clean our 3 seater recliner settee and 2 recliner armchairs. We are so glad we did! Tom is a lovely guy, really nice and so respectful of our property. As we have grey carpets throughout our property they can end up looking a little grubby.
We have used A1 cleaning on a number of occasions now and every time we have, our carpets always come up looking really clean and smelling amazing.

I always experience Tom as polite, friendly, and respectful. His communication is great and always gets back to me in a timely manner.

I had been recommended A1 through friends and with our house purchase going through I contacted Tom to see if he could clean our bedroom carpet on day of completion. Unfortunately our completion date was delayed twice but Tom still managed to find time for us on day of completion and get our bedroom carpet clean for us. It was the first time I’d used A1 cleaning and I am so glad I did. Another ‘cleaning company ‘ had almost ruined my sofa, leaving it streaky and taking 4 days to dry!! I thought it was beyond saving but thanks to Tom, my sofa looks like new. A knowledgable, professional and friendly man. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom and will definitely be using him again.

Had A1 out to clean my carpets, the guy Amir turned up with a younger guy and started to clean the stairs landing and bedroom.
Amir up sold me the bronze package that included sanitizer as an additional extra!

One week later after ventilating the rooms as instructed there was a terrible smell, I called the company and was told that someone would call me.

Amir called me and told me in an arrogant way that my carpet had a bacterial infection!

I asked him to come back to clean the carpet again and he refused! So unprofessional.

I then called another company and they told me that there is no such thing as a bacteria infection in carpets and told me that A1 was a terrible company and are known to rip people off.

I then called Amir manager who told me that he himself would send someone else round to sanitise ( he also mentioned that I had been charged extra for this but Amir didn’t do it) hence the smell. He himself told me that they had issues with Amir and his bad attitude and wouldn’t let him come around again.

Today the same guy Amir turned up and started taking videos of my carpet and accused me of lying! I asked him why he was here and he got angry and defensive and told me that he’s not doing the job and left.

I would like to thank Tom for doing such an amazing job on cleaning our large corner sofa, had lots of stains and thought would have to get a new sofa but the results are brilliant, Tom then returned to clean carpets in our lounge and hall doing a equally brilliant job. Tom was very punctual,clean and professional and a very nice man. Cant praise highly enough. With thanks Lisa

Tom answered my initial enquiry within the hour. Giving me a quote and his earliest opportunity to complete the work.
Before arrival he called to let me know he was close by. The job was completed in a children's home, Tom was incredibly respectful towards the children and entering their home. Making sure he double checked areas he shouldn't access etc, and if it was okay to leave certain equipment in the lounge. As well as ensuring any cleaning products/ chemicals were kept safely away.

The job itself was completed quickly and it looks like a brand new sofa! Tom made sure the room was left spotless once finished and made sure all equipment was cleared straight away. 5* service

Tom is a lovely guy, he turned up on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. My sofa and footstall look new! He also dried them so they could be used again straight away.
He is also reasonably priced.
Would highly recommend A1 carpet cleaning and I will be using them again in the future.

Had our first visit from Tom today to clean our stairs, landing and three bedroom carpets. Having two young children and a big dog, our carpets were yuck! I cannot believe the results, they’re outstanding! Our carpets look brand new and didn’t take Tom long at all to do! He’s very reasonably priced, very quick and thorough with his work and is overall a very pleasant, lovely young man. Jason did an amazing job on my mother's carpet. Arrived promptly, efficient and quick and results beyond what I expected. Carpet and mattress had been badly soiled with urine and after Jason had worked his magic they looked and smelt like new.

What a fantastic job Tom does! We previously had our carpets cleaned by Coastline Carpets and after 3 days they were still soaking and dirty. Worse than that, we were left with the most disgusting smell and we thought we would have to replace the carpets! This almost put us off getting our carpets cleaned again but, luckily for us, we saw the super reviews left for A1 Carpet Cleaning and decided to gove him a go. Thank goodness we did, our carpets our now spotless and were dry within a couple of hours. Thank you so much for doing a fantastic job.

Punctual, professional and polite. My husband and I could not believe what a fantastic job was made of our sofa. So much so that we have saved over £1700 on the cost of having to buy a new one so highly recommended and worth every single penny!
