Arrived on time and plate looked awesome

Purchased a plate for my Electric Vehicle. The green block to indicate that it's an EV is completely the wrong shade of green, too dark and looks nothing like my current dealership supplied plate, the example given on A1's website, or any other EV plate. Contacted Customer Services who were just not interested in rectifying. Plate looks cheap and frankly just wrong. I now need to order another plate from a different company. Poor 'show' A1showplates, one very disappointed customer.

Nice plate made up, not too large but legal, better than the previous one made by another company that make 'small ' plates as theirs cracked and was poorer quality ! Will stick with A1 plates from now on.

Superb as always, wanted a logo in the corner of the number plate and it came out perfectly.

I ordered what I thought was a legal number plate for a motorcycle. There are so many drop down menus, however I was sure I had chosen a standard plate. Nothing was mentioned about the size of the font and I did not change the font or the size. On receiving the plate the lettering is not legal in size. Further the plate has a slight defection which would worsen if used on a motorcycle.
I contacted A1 and they declined a refund, advising I ordered it so it's my fault basically. I pointed out that it does not mention that the size of the lettering and I did not change the font. I had apparently without knowing chosen a smaller size plate. (Even though the first drop down standard plate is chosen).They have offered a discount on another plate but to be honest the quality of the plate is not very good and substandard to my original one. I have bought from a different company, the quality is far superior and cheaper. Disappointing and misleading.
