Always have excellent service and top notch products. I needed a plate quickly due to a trip abroad and requested a shorter delivery and they cam up trumps. Absolutely A1 service, hence the name.
Great quality. This is a professional plate made with genuine reflective materials. A lot better than I had expected from what was described as a 'show plate'. Would highly recommend.

Avoid
Do not use this company, sent me plates that did not look anything like the description which it states they will. Awful coms and they don't want to know after they have your money.
Had to get Paypal to intervene otherwise they would of totally ignored me.
Also will only refund you if you send back the plates which will be thrown away and the cost is huge as its international shipping.
Just playing games with people sent me the wrong postcode also.

Awful customer service and product does not last.
Awful customer service. They delaminated in 15 months. Clearly not fit for any form of outdoor use. They replied saying they are guaranteed for a year. So they expect people to change their plates yearly. Very poor customer service and a poor quality product. Fine getting the plates when they arrive but just see how long they last. Very disappointing. You’ve been warned.

Further to this review and response, just to update, plates did turn up two days after this, and in perfect condition
Response and replies from this company are speedily updated/addressed, but from my experience and from reading the other reviews it seems to me that this company is let down badly by Royal Mail performance.
I too have paid a premium for a speedy response/delivery, only to be left hanging on by snail mail delivery performance from Royal Mail.
Is this 21st Century or are Wells Fargo on strike this week?

Poor retail customer service
I have just made an order for a new number plate and paid for the order, as soon as the order was made, i realized that the tinted specification was not road-legal. Therefore I immediately contacted A1 showplates through their contact email address, highlighting the mistake. To my utter astonishment, I received a response that the plates had been produced and it was too late. Their website address, clearly indicates whether should there be any request or query, to contact them before or after the order placed ?? And that is what I have duly done to no avail! Just wasted £56.97 ....Happy days
