Thursday last week. I phoned on the Friday asking for an estimated delivery date, spoke to a guy who said he would expedite the order. We are now Wednesday the following week still no update. Phoned to be told the were in the next pile to be sent out. No note regarding expediting the order. I ordered a load of engraved trophies from another company and received them within 2 days! How plain medals take 7 working days to arrive I have no idea…will not be ordering from here again

Very poor customer service, delivery is delay, not responding to customer, even it is urgent.

I ordered 1 item from this company with the hope we liked the quality enough to start using g them to make our company merchandise. Unfortunately I ordered the item almost a month ago and it is still not here, I have been in contact with the supplier a few times who was no help and I had to email a number of times just to get a response each time just saying it's on it's way and blaming royal mail, I spoke to royal mail myself and got a different story when I gave this information to Craig the seller he came back to me very rude abrupt and basically called me a liar. So moral of the story if you want a good customer experience and to actually receive your product shop elsewhere.
