Let down by delivery . Blame Royal Mail
Everything was fine except The delivery by Royal Mail. They delivered the parcel ( a birthday present) to a “safe place “ which was never requested . The photo they took was of the package inside a bin except it was not the bin of the address, nor was it the neighbours address. Royal Mail had to go and retrieve the parcel and delivered 4 days late / 4 days after the birthday date .

I am so sorry to har that the delivery was not as expected, this delivery is not good enough and not at the standard as we expect from Royal Mail. I will escalate this with them on this order as this is not the procedure for delivery but I am just glad it arrived ok.

Ordered some hard to acquire rugby boots so was delighted to find them in the desired size on A&A at a reasonable price. Used their subscriber discount code so an even better price. Boots were dispatched quickly and received in no time at all. Double boxed, which was nice. Made my sons day when I presented them to him - he can’t wait for pre season training to start now!
