Honestly, these guys made the whole experience as easy as it possibly could be! Super professional, honest and efficient! I had never sold a car before and was anxious about it. Ben explained everything very clearly on the phone. Payments were made promptly. Dave and Brad who came to collect my vehicle were the nicest guys! They explained everything, every step of the way, in an open and transparent way. They were really great to deal with. I had previously gone down the route of trying to sell my car via an online portal M****way - which proved to be so difficult. Louis told me he was a car dealer looking to buy my car for stock, we agreed a price and he paid a deposit into my bank within a few minutes. Louis arranged collection the next day, at a time that suited me to avoid a work commitment. Hi staff arrived on time and the sale was completed very professionally and quickly without fuss, exactly as louis had promised. The full balance of funds was in my bank before the car was driven away.
