Reserved a taxi but it never showed up.
Reserved a taxi for early morning via their app to be able to take the bus to the airport. The taxi never showed up and hence, we missed the bus to the airport.

Really poor service
We have used this company a couple of times, and they are all ways late. We are talking hours and it's impossible to book a taxi in advance, which is totally unacceptable when you have places to be. for 1.5 hour Saturday night i stood waiting in the rain and every time I called them, they assured me that the cab was on it's way and it would be there soon.
At least it came ONLY 1,5 HOUR LATE. I even called them 5 hours in advance to prevent this, but I guess you can do whatever you want when you are the only cab company in town.
The driver was nice enough, but that doesn't change the overall experience.

Overcharged by 50 percent
I called and ordered a taxi for going to the airport and asked how much it should cost. The woman on the phone told me approximately 300 kr. When the taxi came he was very rude, he drove the longest slowest route possible, and ended up charging me 450 kr....on a Sunday afternoon with no traffic!
I am born in Aalborg and know the city well, so I know he completely scammed me by driving the long route. I have also driven this route in taxi many times before and it should be about 270 kr. Not 450kr.!
