I went to see them because I believed my transmission was about to stop working. Instead they properly diagnosed my issues and recommended a place that I could take it. Never charged a dime. I was greatlful for the time and attention.
A week later my cousin had some transmission issues in her car. So we took it in. The repair was tough to solve and they had her car longer than first predicted. Within a day or so of picking it up the issue was the same. She took it back and they completely fixed her car not charging any additional fee even though the issues was in a different location than they first discussed.
I believe they went above and beyond to see that she would be road ready. Because of that I can recommend these guys to be fair and honest, AlND will do what it takes to help solve the problems.

This shop has some thieves working there. They robbed my vehicle blind! Stole over $2500 worth of tools and equipment. Manger on duty parks vehicles where no cameras are and out side of there lot. Beware if you go there, you items are not safe. BEWARE BEWARE. Terrible management now!!!!
This happened at Aamco in
12341 Jefferson Davis HWY, Chester, Va 23831. I will NEVER use another Aamco just because of this place. Things like this never happened when Sean the owner was in the office!!!

Went for transmission rebuild price and if possible a price to install my remanufactured unit. Wouldn’t or couldn’t give me honest answer, only got the amount of hours it would take and ( just bring it in and we will check it and get it repaired. Not me.

I have been frustrated with a dealership for years of incompetence and while sitting for the second day just to get an oil change and had been there for 4 hours, I called and spoke with David about a CV joint requiring my axle to be replaced. It would cost $180 just to look at it for diagnosis at the dealership but David said it may not even be that and come over and he would check it for free. Then I was told I was going to have to wait yet another hour, so I called David about doing the oil change also and his price was almost half.

David's team took my car in immediately, did the oil change, test drove the car, found I had broken struts (not CV joint), ordered parts, did the repair, adjusted my headlights, and test drove it again, all in 3.5 hours. Less time than I had waited just for the oil change at the dealership.

My car sits higher now and drives much better and no more grinding noise when I turn, it really was a strut problem!! David is very easy to work with and very patient to listen to what my concerns are with my car and gets the job done quickly. From now on, this will be my go to place for all of my car repairs; even if I do have to drive further, it is well worth the trip!!
