After researching for a month what the best mini projector was for doing art work I settled on the AAXA S2 mini projector. I am technically challenged and had great customer service from Steven Partida at AAXA Technologies.
Steven figured out how many lumens, etc I would need and assisted in the cables needed as well as the throw distances needed. I could not have done this without Steven..this man deserves a raise..he is an asset to AAXA. I received the product in one day!
I am extremely happy with the result. Easy to use and has great color even in a sunlit room. I highly recommend doing business with AAXA Technologies.

In less than a month my projector had problems. I contacted them for a replacement and they sent me back an older generation of the same model that was still defective. They would not send me a working unit first without putting a $300 hold on my credit card even though I already paid them $300 and had only another defective product to show for it. Working with their customer service to get this resolved was a nightmare. I do not recommend this company at all.

I wanted to complement this company on their excellent customer service. My neighborhood has a theft problem and recently I ordered their P2 pico projector from them. The UPS tracking number showed that it arrived with our apartment front desk, but apparently someone came in and stole the package. After contacting AAXA Wesley was nice enough to ship me a replacement projector without me having to deal with UPS (they just asked that I send the police report when I received it). Now this is truly top-notch customer service!

As for the P2 pico projector all I can say is wow! Their battery powered pocket projector is far better in brightness and resolution than another brand I had recently purchased and returned. What a great product for a great company!
