The booking process is very clear and easy. They show detailed informations about the prices, the fligths, the insurances, the Visa, aso.
You get the Travel confirmation very quick.
The only thing which bothers me a bit is when you have to choose the airport for your vacation there is already a cross for every airport. You have first to cancel them unless you can put a sign for your chosen airport.
