The delivery was quite quick,well packed,right stuff,but sadly it was considerably dearer than local carpet warehouse. Bit of a let down really!!!

Ordered items online, the goods were delivered the following days as promised. Unfortunately, an item item was delivered. I called up to query and I received an apology. I was given the option for re-delivery or refund. As I needed the item for that day I opted for the refund. This was processed without any fuss. I would like to thank Rachel for her great customer service. This was all resolved with minimum fuss. I look foraward to ordering from you in the future.

The thickness of the pile on this washable bathroom carpet has decreased quite a lot since I last bought it about 5 years ago. Nonetheless it is probably the best on the market. Abbey Carpets provided a very good service at an acceptable price.
