Good comparable price to other providers. Arrived within the time stated. Good quality board. A Suggestion would be to protect the corners better, they were slightly damaged but whether this was down to the courier who knows. Although the damage was so little that it did not affect my task.
Would certainly recommend.

Carpet was delivered within 24 hours but unfortunately was the wrong length. I rang the shop and the guy replaced it immediately.

I fitted abbey bathroom carpet in my two bathrooms some time ago, following recent modification to one bathroom it was necessary to fit new carpet. I had no second thoughts about obtaining the replacement from Abbey carpets. I'm very pleased with the quality and durability of their product.

Don’t use this company to install your carpets! From my experience the install was to a very poor standard. They did return a few times after the initial install but I had to hide problem areas with wooded edging myself. After just two years of the carpet being down the edges are starting to fray (loop pile carpet) were it was installed badly. Also after they have your money they are very rude and unhelpful.

Item ordered easily through the website, arrived promptly and with no hassle. Well made too!!

I ordered a box of floor tiles from Abbey Carpets, but it turns out they do not stock the items, and have no way of getting them.

Really quite annoying and shoddy control of product lines.

They were quick to refund though, for which I am grateful.

Have been looking for a rug in particular colours for months, saw the rug somewhere else for double the price so did a bit of online research and found Abbey Carpets. The prices are amazing and after placing my order the rug arrived in two days so have to say I am very impressed with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They would have got an excellent if l got an actual delivery date, but all worked out really well, easy to order, get what you see. Fantastic. Thankyou

Very easy ordering on-line and great to get delivery included. It would have been better to be able to track the delivery through the courier, to more easily ensure someone was there to accept delivery.
