Over the past few years I have had to deal with a number of different solicitors for various reasons, and I can honestly say that Ian Bailey of Irwin Mitchel and his staff were fantastic. My mum died from Mesothelioma in 2019 (diagnosed in 2018) and we brought a case against Cape, the identified manufacturer of the ACM boards (that had no warning information on at the time) my dad and mum installed at their home some 40+ odd years ago. We were very lucky to have a good deal of evidence. Communication between solicitor and client was great and service was outstanding. We felt fully supported from enquiry through to settlement, and we managed to be a thorn in Cape's side for a few years too!
