Após subscrever a CASABELLA

After subscribing to CASABELLA, it was CHAOS.
They never arrived on time, delays of months. In the end, I didn't receive all the editions of the annual subscription, the response to emails was vague and they NEVER resolved the situation. Subscription ended in March and issues from June, December, January, March and April were missing. They never arrived. In emails, they were just looking for a way not to respond to the subject with fromalisms and unfounded excuses.
Never more.

We are keen to ensure that all our magazines are prepared promptly for shipping, however delivery abroad may take longer than delivery to Italy. Keep in mind that in the last year the publication date of the magazine has been postponed several times and consequently also the shipping of the issue to subscribers, this could be one of the reasons for the delays.

Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the digital version of the magazine is also included with the CASABELLA subscription, accessible from the day it is released on newsstands. This could be a convenient option for you while you wait for the missing numbers to be delivered.

Our customer service has already taken care of your report and will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with all the necessary clarifications and resolve the situation in the best possible way.

The world's worst customer service

On 18 and 19 December I reported that I had not received the first magazine of my annual subscription, they promised (on 20 December) that they would take action immediately and send it.

Well it hasn't arrived by today's post, nor has the December one. I have already received the January issue of other magazines.

They charge me an extra €5 a month on top of the local postage to get the magazine to England on time, but nothing, they take my money and don't even send the magazine

Hi Kristof,

the magazines are printed close to the newsstand release, we guarantee that all issues are delivered for shipping without delay, but then they must be sorted into the distribution flows.
Subscription magazines can only be shipped in this way: due to the nature of the product (monthly or weekly delivery of a low-value product) it would not be sustainable for any publisher to use another shipping method without increasing much more than €5 the cost of the subscription compared to the price on the newsstand.

We are sorry for your disappointment, we do our best to ensure the delivery of the magazines as soon as possible: they are delivered punctually to the carrier for shipment, but sometimes there may be delays in delivery.

Truly disastrous experience

Ordered an annual international subscription of a weekly magazine from them three months ago, to Poland.
During this period, they managed to successfully deliver 1 (in words: ONE) issue, out of 12, over six weeks ago (and it took them over five weeks to deliver that one -- the "priority mail" they advertise on their website is in and of itself a lie and a scam).
When I requested cancellation and refund, they simply ignored my message.
I’m currently in the process of getting my money back via Mastercard chargeback service.

Regarding the reply below: no, no attempt to contact me has been made so far.

Una politica di marketing veramente…

Una politica di marketing veramente ingannevole!!!
È veramente vergognoso promuove il rinnovo dell’abbonamento sei mesi prima della scadenza!!!!

le politiche di rinnovo prevedono una serie di avvisi prima della scadenza: molti abbonati apprezzano il servizio perché rinnovando prima della scadenza non perdono nemmeno un numero.
Inoltre ci preme ricordarle che anche se l'abbonamento viene rinnovato mentre c'è un abbonamento in corso, quello nuovo viene accodato evitando il pagamento di doppi numeri.
