Our sincere apologies for this delay. We can see from your order details that you selected and paid for the 3-5 working days delivery on Sunday the 9th Nov. We despatched your order on the Monday 10th on a 3-5 working day. You called us on Friday 14th to inform us of a delay. We escalated this to Evri immediately, who only emailed us back today, Monday 17th Nov. Again, our apologies but we could not respond to you by email over the weekend as we are not open and we also had to wait to receive Evri's reply back. We can see that delivery is out for today. Due to Black Friday, all courier companies volumes increase and delays can be common. If your order and delivery is urgent and time sensitive, we recommend that you opt for a faster delivery choice such as Next Working Day.
Shop elsewhere, not worth the extra
Disappointing process unfortunately. I purchased the item as it was shown as being in stock, despite it being cheaper but out of stock with competitors. 48hrs delivery was paid for, however after 5 days there was no item or update on the order. When chased it turned out that the items came from the competitor site with close to 25% mark up. No purchase updates and a rather lackluster response from the sales team with in light of the original website stock inaccuracies. Swift refund was a bonus though, but doesn't help with the project delays.

The primary supplier who it transpires you get these from responded to me immediately when I contacted them initially, it should not have taken you close to 5 days to get back to me, given that I actually had to contact yourselves for an update as I had heard nothing at all regarding the order.

Sincere apologies for the length of time. We had hope to be able to source the item for you and had delays in hearing back ourselves. As you mention, as soon as we had confirmation that it was not possible, we refunded you immediately.

We understand and appreciate your frustration and review. Let me add some context. This item is a dropship item and sent direct from our supplier. We are at the mercy of this supplier keeping us updated with their own stock, so that we can update and manage our website stock. They did not inform us that they were out of stock, so we could not amend ours. You placed your website order with us on Wednesday 5th Nov at 21.48pm. the very next day, we placed our order with said supplier, who failed us and did not inform us straight away that they had no stock. we chased them on Friday 7th and this is when we got told. We tried to call you but could not reach you, to ask if you wanted to cancel for full refund or keep the order on back-order. You then sent us an email chasing on Friday evening at 20.20pm when we are then closed. We did not return back to work until the Monday 10th, which is when this all got sorted out. I can see from our logs that we refunded you on the Monday 10th.
