I had my flat's front door recently replaced by ABCA Systems, to comply with Fire Safety regulations. I'm particularly grateful to two of their employees. Cameron, a highly skilled carpenter, did a fantastic job at fitting my new door. He did so perfectly, despite my very uneven wooden floor. Getting rid of the gap under the door will help to keep my heating bills lower this winter, as well as ensuring the new door is Fire Safety compliant, at last.
Justyna works in the office. She's helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She promptly identified a robust new door, to replace the old one which was a mess. She arranged for my door frame to be painted again, when it wasn't exactly the right colour. Michael (painter) identified the right shade and did a good job at painting over the wrong one. These employees are real assets to ABCA Systems. Thanks to them, this much needed job was finally completed to the highest standard. The new door looks beautiful and strong. Nice to feel safer, too.

Rude, messy and highly unprofessional

Work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. Khalil, the engineer, along with his apprentice Harvey, were both excellent. Khalil is extremely experienced and knowledgeable — he explained everything he was doing and carried out the work thoroughly.

It was great to see Khalil teaching and training Harvey step by step on how to perform maintenance on the fire and emergency lighting systems. I hope Harvey reaches the same high level of expertise as Khalil in the future.

Fire Engineer Khalil Noor from ABCA came out to service and repair our system at work, He was very helpful, punctual, polite and respected vulnerable people on site. He reassured us and was able to complete the job smoothly, keeping us in loop, when he was gonna set the sounders off, as we have vulnerable people in building. Only first engineer who kept us in loop whilst on site. Top A* engineer from ABCA.

I would like to say Khalil Noor service engineer (ne) has just been to fix the cameras at my Work he done the job brilliantly and was so friendly and helpful. I just wish there was more people like him.

I was phoned today by Lily who arranged an urgent call out as we had lost CCTV oversight of the building we manage. It is home to 15 vulnerable adults and Lily took this on board and understood the urgency of this particular job. Shortly after, Khalil Noor an ABCA Engineer, called out and diagnosed the problem as an insufficient power supply for the system we have had since the building was erected after an investigation of the associated electrical plant cupboards. We will hopefully have this rectified shortly. These two employees are a credit to the company. Efficient, knowledgeable and very personable.

I am a Clarion Housing Association Tenant in Tufnell Park, North London and ABCA has the contract for fire and electricity safety, long may it continue, they are brilliant! I had a problem with a contractor a few months ago and the staff at ABCA could not have been more helpful. Alison, the lovely, kind lady on the phone went out of her way to sort tis out. I received a telephone call from Tony (Cochron?) the Line Manager, who apologised profusely and went above and beyond to remedy this. They really put in a lot of time and effort to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. I am 100% delighted. A huge thank you!

After 4 attempt by other workmen over 2 years this engineer finally solved the problem of my intercom not working, his name is (Nouman Shah) he was very polite and well mannered and done a excellent job. It took a while but he solved the problem eventually. Great work, Im very happy.

I had door replaced by Carl Robinson, very respectful young man who did a great job at replacing for flat door, he is an asset to his company!

Very poor customer service, extremely poor contractors, turn up without appointments. Unable to change appointment times and days. Clarion use these time wasters, why? Because they are cheap and nasty. Gov should close them down.

They installed new entry system in block of flats.
Week later most of the flats complained about new system not working.
I contacted boss in hope they will come and fix it.
Forget about it, they are too busy making other peoples life miserable.

Got a letter out of the blue saying they were coming on 22 June for an outstanding preventative maintenance on my warden call system.I telephoned them because no time on letter so I would be waiting all day.I was then told a different date with no explanation for the change, waited in all day on the changed date,nobody called.Tel them and after waiting for ages on hold was cut off.Absolute incompetent co that L&Q my housing trust use

Been waiting regarding job put through by adaptation Team in Hull to have second intercom system in no one knows what's what you get told no job order there 3 days down the line you start chasing up and get passed to one section to another then another and so fourth. This company is a joke and its if they do not care, this job was put through as an emergency but is a laughable degrading company that do not look further than there own noses one staff had time to speak and stated will look into it but we will see, but upto now the experience is far from good. I've had these people on the phone trying to get things sorted all day and I get told the same crap. No wonder half the staff are leaving or have left.

I would like to say that an employee called Anass did some work and was very helpful . He tided up after himself sweeping up. He certainly is a good example of decent workmanship

If I can give them zero stars I would my landlord used this company to fix my intercom first time they didn't show up so today I had an appointment for them to come out again and I called the office twice and said his finishing one job and will be with me before 5pm so for the second time no one showed up , very useless people they don't give a dam that you wait all day for them at home , I will be making a complaint

My landlord has a contract with ABCA systems. I needed a new intercom installed. I booked the day off the day the engineer was due to turn up, his window was between 1200 - 1700.
At 1630 I rang the office only to be told that the engineer will not be turning up as he was called elsewhere to deal with an emergency job, and the intercom was with him so no other engineer could install it. No one rang me to inform me. Had I not rang them I wouldn't have known what was going on. A new appointment was booked for the following week ( which is today) I am still waiting for the engineer's arrival, it is now 1540. I called ABCA and they assured me the engineer is coming.

Probably one of the worst companies I have dealt with in living an adult life. Zero professionalism. Zero ethics. NottingHillGenesis uses them and passed on to them for an issue I encountered on my newly bought property. They called me to book an appointment and we manage to get a date on which their engineer can come and fix the issue. On the day of the appointment, there was no show no message no contact from anyone from ABCA. I booked a day off to accommodate him in vain. I then chased the PMO and chasing them since with no luck. Truly appalling service.

Update : Not sure if it's the negative review or PMO chasing but I got contacted and an engineer attended and fixed the outstanding issue for nearly 2 months. The company can clearly do better.

Good experience on getting Sky through these guys. Very helpful and every question answered. Looking forward to my install.

I was having difficulty having my installation arranged and these guys were great and came on the weekend, no fuss and very efficient. They talked me through how to use the programme guide and tidied up before they left.
