Everything was perfect, from start to finish, however the only problems what we found (especially in the hard periods) was lack of communication and lack of follow-up, sometimes unable to get in touch with the staff (no direct number to the clinic or when you call the clinic mobile number is no answer).
Some of the staff was absolutely amazing, very supportive and very understanding with our situation.
I will definitely recommend the clinic, even with the small negative reviews, the consultants and the embryologist team they are doing their best to have the outcome what you always wanted it. You will have same regular nurse/midwife for your appointment and they will try to know your needs/your wishes/your feelings.

I’ve just given birth to my beautiful little girl Edna Jane, thanks to abc IVF. Me and my partner are so grateful. We did find the process very expensive however you can’t really put a price on life. In my experience the process worked as soon as the blastocyst egg was put back in. I wish you all the best I know how hard IVF is don't give up, it’s well worth it

Would highly recommend.
We had previously had a failed cycle in Nottingham (not through anything they did wrong). We then did some research on different clinics and spoke with various clinics regards potentially starting another cycle. We picked this one simply because of the feeling we got from receiving contact via email with how simple they made things to when we spoke on the phone to arrange our first appointment. The people that work there are very welcoming and very professional. If it wasn’t for this clinic we wouldn’t have our little miracle with us now which we are forever indebted to ABC IVF 💗

Out first cycle was unsuccessful, however with professional guidance and alternative options we were able to have a successful second round with a fabulous result in our baby boy being born in October.

Abc were amazing right from the start, across the whole team. And especially with treating us throughout the pandemic. Everyone was so helpful and informative and always on hand to help us with any questions or concerns. We are now the very proud parents to a gorgeous little boy, which wouldn’t have been possible without this fantastic team. I have recommended them to a friend and would happily recommend them to anyone else needing their services too

We initially sought out a consultation with abc IVF in May 2020 not long after clinics reopened. We were on the nhs waiting lists but decided we did not want to wait to begin treatment when someone else decided it was our turn. We had been waiting long enough in our eyes and I'm so glad we travelled from Central Scotland to access treatment at the Manchester clinic.

Abc offered affordable treatment for our diagnosed male factor infertility and gave us our beautiful daughter, who is nearly 5 months old, and 4 frozen embryos. We could not be happier and hope to return for another frozen transfer next year.

All of the staff and nurses were committed to making our dreams come true and were always on hand to provide more information, guidance or support.

We had struggled with unexplained infertility for a long 10 years. We couldn't have NHS treatment as we already had a 13 year old child. I came across ABC Ivf with Create fertility and from the moment we made contact I felt like I was actually going to get somewhere this time after years of heartbreak and disappointment. All the staff are absolutely fantastic and I cannot fault a thing. Making dreams a reality. We have just welcomed our son and could not be more happier. We would not be in this position without their help. Affordable prices for working class people like us I never thought we could go ahead with Ivf due to costs but it's all worked out perfectly. We visited the Wilmslow clinic for IVF and ICSI back in January 2021. Right from the beginning the staff were all really helpful knowledgeable and friendly. We felt any questions we had, no matter how daft they may have seemed to us, were no trouble to them. The treatments were all thrououghly explained and guides provided to us if we were stuck. Costs were explained to us and the possibility of freezing eggs or a frozen transfer if required.
Overall we were really happy with ABC Wilmslow, from the initial consultation via Zoom, throughout all the treatments and appointments to the early scan.
We are very lucky for our first transfer with only 2 embryos which were usable to have had our baby girl in September.
We would highly recommend ABC for anyone considering treatment. Thank you so much to all the staff who took care of us throughout our treatment!

I can’t thank the team at ABC Manchester enough. After turning to private treatment after our nhs cycle was cancelled due to the pandemic, they stood out for the more affordable prices and also because they pulled out all the stops to be available to clients via video calls etc. every staff member was friendly and professional, as well as compassionate. We had a few ups and downs throughout treatment but ultimately our first cycle of ICSI gave us our perfect now 5 month old little girl. We are beyond grateful for everything abc do and would highly recommend!

I have found ABC IVF in Manchester to be a great help throughout my IVF journey so far. Communication has been great and my patient coordinator has been available whenever I have needed information or advice. My 1st round was unfortunately unsuccessful and the team were there to support me and talk me through my next steps. I’m heading into 2nd round and feel confidence in the ABC team.

Great doctors and medical service!

We started IVF treatment with ABC last year and now have our gorgeous baby girl. It was our second attempt at the ivf before we conceived.
The premises were lovely and well maintained and the staff were professional and very friendly.
The only problem we encountered was the transparency about the cost of further rounds of IVF after our first try. A slightly misleading piece of paperwork, worded in a way which lead us to believe the cost of our second round was a lot less than it was.
Also, it was sometimes difficult to reach/contact the branch.

I contacted them because I liked the fact that in their website it said clear the cost of the procedure and that there would not be hidden costs.

For booking an initial consultation that it’s already £200 ok I accepted it, after having the first scan then a nurse calls you, which by the way was 15 min late and it’s not like it was very apologetic about it, so then the nurse pretty much just wanted to repeat everything about all the forms we already fill in and then it’s you need this test and this test and this and I was like I thought that I had to pay for the consultation and then the treatment and she was like no because before starting the treatment we need this test and I said ok so why this doesn’t say you in your website and she was like because we didn’t know you would need them and I said so not everybody is asked about this tests and she said yes everybody needs to have this tests but sometimes some people already had them done so then we can accept them so I said ok either way you could have put in your website you would need this tests (which is more money) unless you have had them in the last 6 months (or whatever it’s the time that they accept) but the woman kept going on about that how they could say that I would need them without even having a consultation before and I said because you asked them to everyone not only me.

Then a couple of hours later another woman calls you to tell you the prices but first asked me if I was happy about what the nurse said and I said that actually I wasn’t happy because I felt that the website could have been clearer and say that this test would be needed unless you have them before and she kept going on about the same thing that they didn’t know I will need them because maybe I already had them done. I was like but if you asked everyone you could just have stated in your website that you would need them UNLESS.. but it’s like she was just rude and she was like almost yelling at me on the phone. Then I kept asking her to tell me the total including the tests and the freezing and bla bla and the total was like £5200 and that it’s without the initial consultation so in total it’s more like £5400.

The only reason I decided to try abc it’s because in their website it said like £3900 for ICSI with no hidden costs I can really see their hidden costs. I decided I won’t have treatment with them and prefer to go back to my old clinic which cost us like £6000 but it is/was way more professional, cleaner, better facilities and friendly reachable staff.

I was so lucky to be the patient of ABC in Manchester! My husband and I have decided to proceed with the ivf during the pandemic and we received a five star service. Everyone at the clinic was so delicate and professional. We welcomed our baby girl in August 2021 and we will come back in future as we want more kids ))

I would highly recommend ABC Manchester! The service we received was personal and very reassuring from all the staff! Everything felt very organised and there was always help when needed! Beth was so lovely and supportive and Aimee was amazing with communication! However all the staff were lovely and the doctors were amazing! I’d highly recommend!

I’ve had previous ivf treatment at other clinics but ABC was by far the best place.
Katie at the Leeds clinic goes above and beyond for us ladies it’s simply amazing.

We went through 2 cycles of IVF with ICSI before falling pregnant with our perfect baby boy.
Throughout both cycles we felt professionally looked after and both treatment plans were designed and followed to fit our personal needs.
Ordering and receiving the medication was straight forward and received in time.
We cannot thank the staff of ABC IVF, Lab, embryologists and everyone else involved enough for all their efforts and support and for truly going above and beyond.
We will definitely be back to hopefully be as lucky with baby no. 2 :)
