Wouldn’t waste your money. Initial meetings were good but then you have to realise they are a business and want your money. Egg collection in Birmingham is awful and for the money you pay you would think the facility would be a bit more high end. Yes IVF is a lottery but when we spoke to them after the failed transfer they admitted the medication should have been reviewed a lot quicker than it was and then increased. They also offered us £1450 off if we went with them again for another round - no thanks.

ABC IVF for some reason removed my review I wrote from my time with them over the course of a year.
I suppose it was because after 1 x egg collection > 13 eggs collected > one fresh and one frozen transfer and a poor success / embryo quality i was not a success story and had spent £5k and no baby - so why would they want to promote my story?
End of the story is I gave up with ABC and changed clinics. First egg collection with my second clinic got 21 eggs > 9 blastocysts and gave birth to my daughter in March 2022.
ABC are low cost but also low quality in my opinion. I say this as my results speak for themselves and my # of eggs post collection was so much lower when stimming with them (fertility issues were male factor only). Just bare this in mind.
Also their sites sometimes only offer scanning etc. I had to use the Oxford site - then have my collection and transfers at Birmingham - adding to even more stress, in an already stressful situation.

We were not eligible for NHS funding and as a result found our way to ABC IVF. We were very nervous and just hopeful that they would be able to help us.
The team at Oxford are amazing. Polya is outstanding. They really care about your journey and want the best for you.
Our story was tough and we ended up with only one embryo - but it was all we needed. I’m writing this now with my gorgeous little girl lying on my chest.
I hope my review would be the same even if we had not been successful first time as the care we received was exceptional. Sometimes they run late, but you quickly understand that if you need to be seen as a priority then you are.
I really felt like they tried to be transparent about costs/timeframes and procedures even though it’s quite a lot to take in and it’s great they give you lots of written information so you can look again.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Oxford ABC to anyone in need of some help with starting their family and I will be forever grateful for my beautiful baby that they helped myself and my husband create.

A fantastic clinic. Even though our successful round was ultimately elsewhere, using our NHS cycle, I am confident that this is only because of what we learned through our cycles with abc. They laid the groundwork with their personalized approach, taking the time to debrief with us and adapt the approach after each unsuccessful attempt. The clinic itself is a nice, clean and welcoming environment, and I liked the small and friendly feel. Bridget, Polya and Kerry were so kind and supportive throughout, and made me feel like they genuinely cared about our outcome. They made an emotionally fraught time so much more bearable and I'll always be so appreciative of the role they played in the journey to welcome our beautiful baby boy!

We had a great experience with ABC in Oxford. I absolutely adore the people at this clinic, and would say the same regardless of any result we had.
The team here work so hard (too hard!) and I felt like they were hand in hand with us on this journey.
The whole team are brilliant, but a special shout out to Bridget who made me feel so comfortable during our appointments, where I never came away without a smile or having not had a laugh.
What I loved was their data led approach by taking regular bloods so we knew exactly what was going on and whether we needed to tweak anything during the process. This was something our previous clinic didn’t do, so it felt like a lot of guess work!
After our second attempt with ABC, I’m sat here with our little one, and it was all thanks to them. It can be a tough old journey, but having friendly faces along the way makes all the difference.
Thanks team :)

ABC ivf Oxford made our dreams come true, after a year and half we finally got our beautiful baby boy. The clinic was brilliant with us and made our experience feel so special. We can’t thank Polya and Bridget enough.

A Wonderful, friendly team all round at Oxford.I gave birth to my beautiful baby boy in October and I will be forever grateful. We saved an absolute fortune but still received great service. Only complains are wait time if one of the nurses are on holiday, I quite often waited over an hour for my booked appointment, they really could do with with additional support through these times. Also, I feel that they are overly cautious around treatment and want to freeze all eggs , you then have to pay an additional cost to have a frozen cycle which I can't understand why there is an additional cost to have the transfer, given I would always have had a transfer if it were a fresh cycle .

Friendly Staff and excellent service. They were very supportive and really good at giving detailed explanations of what is going on; they did everything they could to make this a less stressful experience. Have been through 1 round of IVF with ABC IVF would highly recommend them.

They were very helpful and supportive through the whole process. Great customer service throughout. Lots of checks and reassurance. My only criticism was a few issues with paperwork, but they were transitioning to the online system post lockdown.

Abc IVF have been absolutely incredible, the staff are so kind and caring. They supported myself and my husband through our IVF journey. Special thanks to Polyia and Bridget from the Oxford clinic and all the staff at St Paul's that made all our dreams come true. We are so lucky to have our beautiful baby boy born in November 2021 after 1 round of IVF. From the bottom of our hearts we are truly thankful to this amazing clinic.

After months of researching we came across ABC and booked our initial consultation. I was a bit worried because of the pandemic it was done virtually but I felt very comfortable and the nurse was so lovely. Throughout our treatment I have had the best care, if I have needed to ask a question or had a worry someone got back to me really quickly. So far my experience with them has been excellent.

We would like to thank the team at abcivf Oxford and CREATE team at St Paul's. We started our journey with abcivf in 2019. Bridget, Polya and Kerry were absolutely brilliant. They were professional, kind, caring, thorough and genuinely interested in helping us achieve our dream. It took a few goes to achieve our dream but we had our baby boy in 2021. Throughout the 2 years we have been back and forth to the clinic, the team at Oxford have been like a family member to me, really supporting me through the tough times and failed attempts and reminding me that there is hope and to stay positive. Polya was quick in spotting that my thyroid needed to be managed in order to increase my chances of a positive outcome. Bridget was quick at spotting that i was mentally drained and supported me during a difficult time. It was not just the professionalism of the Bridget and Polya but their kind human nature that comforted me - for that I thank them!
The team at CREATE St Paul's and abcivf Oxford were supportive and very clear in terms of what we can expect.. When the embryo transfer took place the consultant looked at my past history to optimise my treatment, she requested a blood test for progesterone levels and found that it was low and she told me to increase my progesterone meds to ensure implantation. Im sure that the small interventions such as optimising my thyroid function and progesterone levels helped me to become pregnant - this is what patient centered care looks like - treating you and your differences not a blanket approach. Thank you Oxford abcivf!

We started our IVF journey just over 2 years ago, sadly the first fresh cycle failed, and and the frozen transfer after.
However once all lockdown restrictions cleared again we started it all again. Both abc in Oxford and Create in Birmingham were absolutely brilliant.
Everyone makes you feel like an individual and they can't do enough for you to help you get the result you want, and make you feel completely relaxed despite how hard the situation is.
Just over 2 weeks ago me and my husband welcomed our little baby boy to the world and we can't thank Polya enough for all her help and support throughout.
We will be returning to hopefully get another success story.

Thanks to abc ivf, we now have a beautuful little baby girl. We travelled near Oxford for scans and visits. The clinic there is small with parking and the staff there are absolutely fantastic.
For the egg collection and embryo transfer, we had to go to central London. Once again the staff there were so friendly and professional and made us feel at ease. My husband was allowed to be with me in my personal bay area, which was needed emotionally.
I would recommend ABC IVF.

My experience with ABC IVF couldn’t have been better. The staff at the Oxford clinic were all lovely and supportive during my protocol. The medication was increased a couple of times according to the results on my scans so the dosage was right for my body. I felt comfortable and well taken care of during all procedures in London, St Paul’s too.
We are lucky enough to have had success with our IVF treatment and now have a perfect baby boy. We will definitely be back to ABC IVF when we are ready to try again with our frozen embryos.

My partner and I began the IVF process in November 2020. Having never had IVF before I was nervous about what the process would be like but the team at ABC Oxford were nothing short of amazing!!
Bridget and Polya could not have been more helpful if they tried. They took time with us to explain everything and answer any questions. I even received phone calls from Polya on her days off to check everything was going ok.
I suffer with PCOS so there were ALOT of follicles to measure and they both took their time to make sure they measured them all every scan.
The clinic is situated in a lovely quiet village in the countryside. The clinic was always very clean and due to COVID 19 they put appropriate steps in place to avoid contact with other patients.
I had my egg collection and transfer at Create St Pauls and again cannot fault the staff. They really put me at ease as I was a little nervous as I had never been sedated before. My partner was allowed in the bay with me before I went in for egg collection and he was waiting for me in the bay after I had the procedure. I experienced a little pain but nothing major. I was up and ready to leave within an hour of being out of theatre.
I was a little disappointed with the amount of eggs we managed to get at the time. I had over 40 follicles but only managed to get three eggs collected. I really thought the odds were stacked against us. I now know why I was triggered with so few dominant follicles (because I really wanted a fresh transfer and not a frozen) due to the risk of OHSS.
As we only got three eggs we had a day three transfer. We transferred a top grade day three embryo and 2 weeks later when I took a home pregnancy test I got the two lines we had dreamt of for so long. I couldn’t believe it!!!
Our 7 week scan with the clinic was amazing and made even better that my partner could come in with me and see the little heartbeat flickering away.
Fast forward to August and I gave birth to the most precious miracle. A lovely, happy and healthy baby girl.
I cannot thank ABC IVF enough for making our dreams come true and giving us the best gift we could ever have asked for.
I will make sure she grows up to know how special she really is.
