As a same-sex couple, we were nervous about using ABC Fertility for our IVF as the clinic did not have any specific marketing for LGBTQ+ families. After our first appointment at the Wimbledon clinic, we realised there was no need to be nervous. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and inclusive and straight away we felt supported as an LGBTQ+ couple. Throughout our IVF journey we felt seen and heard and when we received the exciting news that we were pregnant, the staff at the clinic were genuinely thrilled for us. The support from the staff helped to take away the stress of IVF and we have recommended the clinic to other LGBTQ+ couples we know also looking to start a family. Our baby was born in Nov 2021 - thank you ABC Fertility for helping make this happen!

Overall really positive experience - compassionate and caring staff compared to a previous experience especially Lucinda - thank you!
Communication can sometimes seem a little haphazard - never sure whether to contact via email or phone but when something needed to be told to me urgently after clinical review one evening, someone called at 8am on a Saturday morning. We paid for a frozen transfer as I had to have a knee operation; we paid for 2 years of freezing in case of spare embryos but only one that actually made it. In the end, it only took one and our beautiful little girl is now 3 months old! So we were blessed but if it hadn’t work, that charge for freezing may have been less palatable.

I used ABC IVF at Wimbledon branch. My treatment was over the Christmas period so I also used the facilities at St Pauls whilst the Wimbledon branch was closed.
I have recently given birth to a baby boy after my first round of IVF. I had secondary infertility (unexplained).
I would recommend ABC. I have not used any other company so have nothing else to compare it to. I feel that they were transparent about costs. Overall they are cheaper than other companies. Please note the storage of embryos is a additional cost and medicines required after a positive pregnancy test is also at a additional cost and this was explained beforehand.
All staff were very friendly and had no bad experience with staff. We saw a lot more nurses than doctors but we were happy with this as they informed us that everyone's results are discussed every day with doctors. The actual procedure went well. I was called when i was meant to and medicines were delivered when they should have been.
Some improvements: I didn't see the same nurse or staff member and this would of been nicer. However this doesn't take away from my positive experience.

I have been very happy with the treatment received at ABC IVF Wimbledon. Not only were all of the staff caring and professional, they went above and beyond to look after me when I developed a complication from treatment (which was completely unforeseeable). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else!
