As per other reviews I have had the same experience. Ordered a cue online to receive an email 24 hours later to inform me it was out of stock. It is 2024 no company should have items on their website they do not have!
However surprise surprise they have a more expensive one I can pay extra for! DO NOT trust this company

This customer, who uses a false name and also a false location, decided to try and blackmail us and warned if we did not comply over a price reduction then he would write a bad review. We did not bow to his threats so hence his review - As for the his opening line of "As per other reviews..., his is the first bad review in 15 years so good luck with that.
I ordered a one piece cue last year…
I ordered a one piece cue last year only for them to tell me it’s out of stock after I’d paid. I accepted a different option rather than start local snooker leaugue without a cue. Just ordered another cue last week as wanted to upgrade for exactly the same thing to happen. I thought I’ll stick with abc as it surely won’t happen again haha. My advice look elsewhere.
snooker offered me an alternative peradon cue straight away and the website said the cue I ordered was in stock so made to order!! As of being informed I had to ask for an update on my order after a week before I was told it wasn’t available. Yes I was polite as to get my refund quickly and you did pay promptly thank you. Think you should update your website if you haven’t already to let customers know cues are made to order.

Since Covid most of the top ranges like Peradon range have been pre-order only so yes, you have to pay before you buy - do you know anywhere online that sells cues where you don't pay first?
The customer was kept informed quickly and efficiently as was his apology and refund in full.
Very polite emails from him but then of course runs to a review site when his dummy fell out of the pram.
